Select Date and Travellers
2 travellers
Admire one of Morocco’s natural wonders on a day trip to the Ouzoud Falls from Marrakech. Travel into the Atlas Mountains by and air-conditioned vehicle, and witness the stunning, 360-foot (110-meter) waterfalls as they plunge down rugged cliffs. Take photos from various viewpoints, and, if you wish, visit the caves that house watermills powered by the falls. Watch for local Barbary apes or rainbows above the cascades, and savor lunch at a restaurant along the shaded waterfall path.
  • Ouzoud Falls day trip from Marrakech offers time for independent exploration
  • Flexible options: hire a guide at the falls for a customized tour
  • Relaxed way to experience the Moroccan countryside and Atlas Mountains
  • Convenient pickup and drop-off at Marrakech hotels
What to Expect
At your Marrakech hotel, board a climate-controlled 4WD vehicle or minivan for the scenic, 98-mile trip to Ouzoud Falls, passing palm groves and historic villages along the way.
Upon arrival at Ouzoud Falls, you’ll have the day to enjoy the waterfalls at your own pace, or the driver can assist you in hiring a local guide. If you're ready for a hike, climb to a viewpoint over the entire cascade, and then descend into the semicircle of red cliffs that surround the river.
At the base of the falls, see the caves where the river powers small grain mills, and grab a drink and snack in an open-air café. After your day at Ouzoud Falls, begin the return trip to Marrakech, where this tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel.

It takes about 2.5-3 hours . But definitely worth the wait :) it’s becasue the roads are not motorways and they are restricted to certain speeds :) I wouldn’t miss it :) it’s beautiful :)
