Overview
Eating at a traditional Moroccan restaurant in Marrakesh lets you experience Moroccan cuisine, but this Moroccan cooking workshop at La Maison Arabe teaches you how to make the traditional dishes, so you can have them again and again. Use your personal workstation to prepare a meal using fresh local ingredients as you follow a Moroccan cook’s instructions. Then, afterward, you can taste what you’ve made.
What to Expect
1 hour Moroccan cooking workshops
Held by the cooking school
Capacity  of 26 persons
5 sessions per day from 10 am until 5.30 pm with a choice of different classes
Cooking Class include one main dish and a lunch tasting at the end of the sessions

Workshop modules
10.00 - Moroccan salads
11.30 - Tagine with kefta ( ground meat )
1.00 - Chicken tagine with lemon and olives
2.30 -  Chicken tagine or beef tajine with caramelized abricots
4.00 - Berber tagine with vegetables
5.30 - Moroccan briouates – assortment of ground meat or vegetables / Briouates à la viande

3 hours Moroccan cooking workshops 
Held by the cooking school or secret gardens
Capacity of 16 persons
Two sessions per day at 10.00 and 3.00 pm
Cooking workshop includes :  
  • Starters, tagine or couscours and moroccan dessert

Best activity to do in Marrakech

We booked the class through Cookly, just search “cookly la maison arabe” on the Internet. There you can choose the various classes.
