One of Best Park in the World
Took the day trip from Victoria Falls. The whole process from pick up from the hotel to border crossing to boat ride to lunch and safari drive and lastly back to Vic Falls was smooth. Lunch was buffet style with pretty good spread but there wasn't much time given to enjoy the buffet.

As there were many visitors to the park, some started with game drive while the rest started the boat safari. I went on the boat safari first and followed by the game drive after lunch. Ideally, I would love to do the game in the morning as that is when the cats will be more active.

Nonetheless, I really love this wildlife park has it has a very diverse wildlife. Many species of birds and animals in the same park. There are also lots of elephants. Was lucky enough to see a pride of 4-5 lion and lionesses lazing underneath a bush as well.

Overall, an extremely good trip.

An Action-packed Day Safari
Feb 2020
Quite a long bus ride from Victoria Falls with a bit of a hold-up at the Botswana border. Once there we enjoyed a Chobe river boat ride where we saw hippos, crocodiles and local birds. After lunch we went out in safari land vehicles where we saw giraffes, lions and elephants. Our guide was very good finding where the animals were.

beautiful day
Dec 2019
We enjoyed the boat trip in the morning a lot. Lots of birds and hippo's. Everything was well organized. The afternoon safari was also good. We saw towards the end a lot of elephants. A pity that the guide seemed to get in a hurry just when we were at the elephants. On our way back to the border they used the open vehicle for 30 minutes on the highway. That is not very safe. When coming they used a minibus which was much better.

Hope this one finds you well. Thanks for your feed back and it will help other future travelers. Driving back from the park if we start changing vehicles it will cause delays. The distance from Victoria Falls to the border is long hence we use Minibuses and the distance from the park to the border is very short. Enjoy your travels

What a treat -- we got so lucky and saw unbelievable animals, including an albino giraffe, baby elephants, and a small group of lions relatively close-up. This is a great tour for a good value if you want to be able to see a lot in one day. We had a funny and knowledgeable tour guide.

Go to Chobe but DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR SECOND RATE SERVICE FIRST RATE PRICES
After spending over $1000.00 Australian dollars for a one day tour for my wife; two children and I. We couldn’t believe the poor quality boat that arrived to take us on the Chobe river it was a small tin boat that disappointed from start to finish. Guide did his best but his acceleration lever was broken and he struggled with it from the very start to end of trip. We run into a moored boat and also the dock which made us feel very unsafe. We proceeded on with tour but it was apparent that we had the worst boat on the river but paid a premium price. I never expected the QE2 and if it wasn’t for the amazing scenery and wildlife this would have been a disaster.

better concentration of animals than Kruger

went with a small group (6 ppl total). we had a roadside breakfast snack and roadside lunch (cooked to order) to maximize our time on safari. our driver/guide stopped on request and was fairly knowledgeable. I am a person that hates "pony-ride" tours, but this was acceptable. I don't remember the name of the company I hired. They all seemed similar.

Chobe day trip from Victoria Falls

Must do activity staying in Victoria Falls! And that’s because Chobe National Park has a reputation of having an amazing abundance of wildlife. And tour operator made it easy for the client and stress free. Pick up and drop off at hotel. Just wake up and they take care of the rest.

Excellent day trip
Apr 2019
This is a really excellent trip if you really just want to do the highlights in a single day. There was a hotel pick up from Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) and a breakfast along the way. There was a boat trip with a very informative guide where we saw a lot of animals - mainly elephants, but also hippos, water buffalo and giraffes. This was followed by lunch and then a land based jeep , but there was less wildlife here that earlier in the day. After that, return to Vic Falls

Amazing Day in Botswana
Aug 2019
Really amazing day on the river and in the park! We started with the river cruise and saw hippos, crocs and water buffalo on the island, along with lots of birds! Impala and kudu could be seen along the shores, and one big elephant - just taking a stroll along the hills! After a great lunch at the lodge, we climbed aboard our rig and we were off through the park. At one point, we came around a corner and there were giraffes, kudu, impalla, warthogs, elephants, and a few others - all just moving towards us...it was crazy cool! Like a scene out of a movie!
Great day and our adult kids loved it!
