In October 2016 I visited Nepal after many years working here in Korea, I booked sabbatical vacation trip through GAPNepal, the trip was really excited lots of memory with all the team of GAPNepal and my other fellows from different countries. I really miss the time at Pokhara doing paragliding and Yoga. Another highlights of the trip is to get chance to help in Gorshyang village kids and distribution of cloths and school supplies. Thank you GAPNEPAL to provide me such a great opportunity. I am sure when I back I will join again another trip. Looking forward to see you guys soon. Thank you and Namaste:

I feel incredibly lucky to have spent my first time in Nepal on a Gap Nepal tour. Not only did I see everything that I want to see und learn about in the KTM valley but we also went out into the villages around Nuwakot and experienced Nepal beyond the tourist trails.
The guides were helpful, knowledgeable and above all the nicest people you could be traveling with.
Highly recommended!

When traveling in a country as uniquely diverse as Nepal, an understanding of its social, ethnic, and religious makeup is vital. On my cultural tour in the Kathmandu valley, I made a special visit to the Hindu cremation site of Pashupatinath, the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu.
Visiting the temple looks like so simple but with GAPNepal, you get the every details of the explanations. Being a hindu and also the native of Nepal, this was for me one of the most amazing day as I could know the every details of the place.
So, if you are planning for in depth cultural experiences in the Nepal, make your visit enchanting with GapNepal cultural tours.

I was humbled by the generosity and kindness of the GAP Nepal team. I felt safe my entire time in Nepal, and yet was able to learn and grow so much. GAP provided a great grounding into Nepal's history and culture in a very hands on manner.. Always a friendly smile and great sense of humour from Anish and Shiva. Thank you so much and I look forward to returning to your beautiful country. I can't describe how wonderful my trip was - but it truly is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Had a great time in Nepal, can't wait to return soon. Traveling to Lumbini was such a real experience, Pokhara was very exciting and the best part was being able to see the Himalayan mountains from my hotel room.

The Gap Nepal team is a family away from family, a safety net, a welcoming spirit and a good laugh. The team has an abundance of positive energy and advise and team spirit, which is such a comfort when you are going through the initial shock of being submerged into the unknown of a new and exciting culture. You leave having learnt a great deal of compassion, patience, listening skills and priceless memories, not to mention the blessing of a new extended family. They do great work and what a pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with them and join them on adventures for 3 short months. <3
