Incredible tour, with fascinating sites and narrative. Ozzy was an incredible guide with amazing insight and knowledge. This is a great introduction to the history and culture of this beautiful city.

No one showed up to pick me up. It was terrible. When I called the tour company they said Trip Advisor did not give them my reservation. I am still waiting for a refund. Go directly to a travel agent.

It was a great spiritual experience. Much of this ancient sumi tradition is unknown to most. A must for anyone visiting Istanbul

The aquarium, which is one of the largest in Europe, boasts a helpful front desk that provides excellent assistance. It houses a diverse range of creatures from both the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Although there was no tour guide available or any shows available, we enjoyed the impressive 3D Istanbul tour. However, the shopping mall was considered to be overpriced.

We were here during Kurban Bayram and the lines were enormous there was a two hour que and for what? Absolute diss appointment only thing is columns ontop of water - yeah it’s underground but so are tunnels and aquariums. Seriously if you haven’t been don’t go just look at the photos it’s exactly what you see

Learned more about the Asian side of Istanbul. Very interesting. Lunch was great! I also learned more about Turkey from the eyes and heart of the guide.

Be careful shopping perfumes . there is plenty of copies available , But finally you can be packed a similar bottle in similar to original package , Closed , but bottle contains NO PERFUME , but WATER

It was a very meaningful ceremony and an intimate setting with a good view of the ceremony from every seat. The music was enchanting and the information boards outside of the ceremony room are informative.

Great place where culture & history meets. Plan to spend at least half day there. There is a lot of walking & lines of people to get to every room. You can see Harem from inside or household items like pots , guns or clothes. The only negative experience I had there was bathroom situation where there was not enough stalls for women, constant lines to get to the bathroom, lack of paper toilet & hand soap. Other than that I have no regrets

Nothing luxury about this hotel simply not ready for guests cold no hot water not finished food appalling no choice no desserts building site on terrace of the restaurant first floor. No toaster for breakfast. Rushed to open in time for 23. All exotica said was that the would credit us with a voucher for £50 in my exotica account ready for the next time I booked with them. Good luck with that guys could be in there for some time. Ps make sure you get 23 kg baggage with the flights Turkish airlines charged us £111 for one 21 kg bag there and back. On this tour you live out of a suitcase 6 different hotels 7 changes.

I booked a local tour in Turkey. I was 25 minutes early and waited until 15 minutes past the meeting time. The office was locked, no guide showed up, no one responded to my message or phone calls. A man in the street told me they are closed, and TripAdvisor confirms this. I requested a refund but Klook refused it because the operator says they were there. This is a lie. Very poor customer service from Klook and Istanbul Walking Tours.

A very nice place to be and you will have a wonderful time if you love the sea life. Neatly done and superbly massive. Don't miss the mall in Florya as well. You can easily take the Marmarai line from Sirkeçi and travel via the magnificent rail line. You can use your istanbulkart (the red card for Istanbul public transportation).

Best experience we had. Especially Penguins and Amazon tropical forest replica, we really felt that we are in the middle of rain forest. That also inside a shopping mall, Amazing.

Dogus (who is with Istanbul Walks) was great, we really enjoyed our day with her! We have been in Istanbul for almost a week but learned a lot of new and interesting facts, and we wish we had done this tour sooner on our trip because she pointed out a lot of fun things we didn’t know about. My only advice to other travelers, especially Western visitors, is to do your research before entering the Spice Market as it is very easy to be persuaded into purchasing/spending more than intended. We took some of our favorite pictures from the trip on the Bosphorus cruise!

Visited this place with my wife. It was interesting and wonderful place. Recommend to visit. There are also shops here, if you want to do shopping.
