What to Expect
Day 1: Amman – Umm Qais, Jerash

Meet a driver in Amman for the trip to Umm Qais and Jerash, a pair of ancient sites that give a fascinating perspective on Jordan’s long history. Overnight in Amman.

Day 2: Amman – Dana Reserve, Shobak Castle, Little Petra

Today, visit Dana Reserve and the Crusader-era Shobak Castle, then get your first taste of Nabatean heritage at Little Petra. Overnight in Wadi Musa.

Day 3: Petra – Wadi Rum

Spend the morning exploring Petra before heading to the otherworldly desert landscape of Wadi Rum, combining two UNESCO World Heritage Sites into a single day. Overnight at a Wadi Rum Bedouin Camp.

Day 4: Wadi Rum – Gulf of Aqaba, Dead Sea, Amman

Following a Jeep tour of Wadi Rum, continue to the Dead Sea, stopping at the Gulf of Aqaba along the way. You’ll have the afternoon to swim and sunbathe at the Dead Sea, and the day concludes with drop-off at a hotel in Amman.
