The tour to Al Ain was absolutely wonderful: seeing history in combination with amazing nature was quite an experience. Malinda was the perfect guide: lots of knowledge about history, present developments, future plans of the whole region and UAE, amazing. A very polite and kind gentleman. Our driver Rizwan was perfect, too: we could concentrate on our surroundings and the info of the guide Malindra - without worrying about traffic. I highly recommend this tour. Reini

This could have been a spectacular tour as the sites to visit on the tour are. However Dennis the man who supposedly labels himself a tour guide was useless. Firstly they were an hour late to collect myself & others on the tour with no apology extended. Dennis just took us to the locations & explained nothing. During the long periods in the bus when he could have been explaining the different areas & history he was more preoccupied with his phone. At Jebel Hafeet they didn't even bother to take us to the top & at Green Mubazzarah they drove in & out again without advising everyone they wouldn't stop. I would certainly recommend that people visit Al Ain but with a different tour company.

Very disappointed in our trip, probably due to our guide who lacked knowledge and was unable to answer our basic questions. He even forgot at one point to let us out of the vehicle after he had taken out the other two guests. Our tour was on Saturday September 28th 2019.
