I should’ve known from the sign with shaky hand written name that there was something odd. I have approached the guy and immediately he pointed to me the direction of passport control and said “ i will be waiting after passport control”. I didn’t need someone to show the direction that is the airport signs job, what we all need of this service is to pass passport control in a fast track. Well that didn’t happen and went through a 30+ minutes line. At the baggage claim area, no one was there, once i got my bag and heading to customs another guy approached me and identified me, apparently the first guy took a picture of me and shared it with others. He handed me his mobile and it was the guy who was supposed to escort me from the beginning. He told me he will be waiting outside by the transport vehicle. Went through customs alone, there was no hassle. Outside, i had to contact the reservation office of this service, i had their number when reservation was made by Email. It was too much crowded out side, i took several pictures and send it to them so they know where i was standing. Around 10-15 minutes, finally my hero of the day showed up with a 12 passengers van to pick a solo traveler. Bottom line, this service is a basic airport transfer from airport to your hotel destination and you can get that for less than half of the price they charged and in a better comfy saloon vehicle.
