About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Rwd1810 contributionsA tour not to be missed! This was a long day that started at 5am, but I was so excited for the adventure. The tour had the right amount of tourist sites and my guide Putri was awesome. Plenty of updates of what the itinerary include information about the sites and a places of interest along the way. I appreciated her great banter with me as we walked about some of the sites, even a decent downpour on the day didn't dampen our tour. Putri was an excellent guide making sure I got the best photos (knowing all the places to take them) and ensured I didn't need to do any selfies at all during the day. I returned safe back to Singapore in the early evening.Written 5 June 2024
- Locke27010 contributionsPerfect day in Kuala LumpurAll in all, it was a great and amazing experience to see Kuala Lumpur. Yes, it is too short, to see all of Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, but the most important things in KL are included. For us it was an amazing day, from pick up to breakfast to Bata Caves, Putra Mosque, Petronas Twin Towers..... to the dinner at the KL Tower with a breathless view around KL. Many thanks to JE Travel, especially to PUTRI, our guide. She was fantastic, she knows everything, she knew the answers to all our questions and we had a lot of fun together. And so we get a lot informations all about Malaysia, not only about KL. Thanks for everything ! Many greetings from Germany.Written 24 May 2024
- O4913PMmk0 contributionsWonderful intro to Kuala Lumpur! Highly recommend if you have time to spare in Singapore!I had an absolutely wonderful time with my guide, Elmo, and our driver, Joe. The trip was long, and the climate was very hot and humid, but Elmo and Joe were especially thoughtful and attentive with regards to my comfort throughout the trip (e.g. air conditioning in the vehicle, bathroom breaks, providing water and an umbrella, wifi in the van). The tour ran very smoothly and efficiently, including border crossing. The selection of sites was just right in showcasing the highlights of Kuala Lumpur that could be seen in one day. I especially loved seeing the Batu caves and viewing the city from the Petronas towers. Joe and Elmo accommodated my interest in local food by bringing me to a delicious spot near Petaling Street for dinner, which was probably the highlight of this trip. I would absolutely recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysian history and culture(s)—it was worth every penny. One day is not enough to truly familiarize oneself with Kuala Lumpur, let alone the rest of Malaysia, but it was certainly enough to make me want to revisit. Thank you, Elmo, for being an outstanding, knowledgeable guide, and to Joe, for being an excellent driver and for showing us where to eat at Petaling street.Written 29 April 2024

- Joanna_Luvs_2_Travel0 contributionsAwesome tour with Audis and Mr YeeLong day started at 5-6AM ended at about 8-9 PM. But totally worth the time and money. Aulia was fantastic. Totally fun, professional, knowledgable, and enjoyable to travel with. She guided me and cared for my safety and time considerations. A total gem of a guide. Don’t worry about the early start - you’ll have about 8 hours (4 hours each way) in an air conditioned mini van to sleep in on the road. Wear or bring head coverings and a robe or long jacket - to cover up to go into the Mosque so you don’t have to wait in line for a robe. Wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a hat. And bring an umbrella for rain or sun. It will be hot and humid outside. Bring money for gratuity for the guide and the driver. Bring toilet paper for the bathrooms. The driver will be driving for more than 12 hours - and Mr Yi was great too. The whole day will give you a taste of Malaysia - plus the yummy all you can eat buffet is a surprising treat. It was one of the most “exotic” and interesting days in my travel experiences - if in doubt, I would recommend just go for it! Want to see Malaysia in a day? This is the way to go!!!Written 19 January 2024

- Edd N0 contributionsWonderful tourWe arranged this tour directly on the website. Aulia was a wonderful guide who was very accommodating, considerate, and knowledgeable. The tour was a fantastic opportunity to see a lot of KL in a short amount of time. The flight is comparable to a Southwest Airlines flight in the US, and the regional airport is extremely lovely. Given how hot it was outside, the van's air conditioning made for a really comfortable ride. We had plenty of toilet breaks and water in the van. The only money we paid was on items we bought at the mall; everything else, including meals and admission fees, was free. The meals were excellent (we had a buffet lunch at the KL Tower and breakfast and dinner at airport restaurants with both western and more traditional options).Written 4 June 2023
- juiceaction0 contributionsAmazing Day Trip With Wonderful GuideThis tour was amazing from start to finish. Our tour guide, Aulia yes was fantastic! We were picked up at our hotel at 5 AM and driven to an airport just across the border in Malaysia. Getting through the customs checkpoint was easy. Once in the airport, Aulia got us breakfast and coffee at one of the airport restaurants. We then boarded the plane for a quick one hour flight to an airport just outside Kuala Lumpur. We were met there by another driver, who took us to the Batu Caves. We spent about 45 minutes there and then were off to our next stop, which was the royal palace. We made a few more stops along the way and then went to the KL tower where we had lunch at the revolving restaurant on top. The lunch was delicious. Our last stop was the Petronas twin towers where we went to the bridge and the observation deck on the 86th floor. we were then taken back to the airport and we flew back. During the entire tour, Aulia made sure we had everything we needed. We got some great pictures and videos along the way.Written 20 April 2023

While visiting Singapore, we wanted to see a little of Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. This exclusive tour achieved that. This entire tour was led by Edison, who is very educated and well-organized. We paid for the deluxe tour, and that is what we received. Every component advertised was provided.
