Toilets broken and had to use public toilets - no info about this when we paid online. Dirty dishes left everywhere, decor outdated and dirty, people changing in the middle of the lounge (no privacy area) and to top it off, they don’t display boarding times for Singapore Airlines!! Will never go again. Terrible

I was appalled that the shower was not cleaned between users, with hair in the drain. Worse was the state of the floor, where a huge buildup of dust and grime in the corners indicated that it had not been cleaned in months. Very disappointing to be charged for this facility.

Lounge Key is accepted in this lounge which made our wait for our departure relaxing. We used the SATS Lounge in Terminal 1. Food selection was not too bad. There was a range of drinks from alcoholic beverages to soft drinks, tea and coffee. They did not have alternate milk on offer :( There are showers available in the corridor of the rest rooms. Staff were quick to clear away any used dishes. There are 2 areas of the lounge. The back section is more comfortable to relax whilst waiting for departure.

I was shocked how bad this lounge is - and surprised Changi has let this happen. The floor was filthy. Beer from the fridge was warm. Skip SATS if you’re using Priority Pass or Lounge Key and go to Marhaba not far away.

Sounded great with reviews but a big let down. Food is not topped up. When we asked for cheese got told don't have. 2 showers to share male and female. Drinks were barely cold and yoghurt was warm as. A very dated lounge

I prebooked this, having 6 hours in transit, thinking I could chill & relax pre-flight. Wrong: immediately spotted that carpet was heavily stained and long overdue a deep clean; all chairs were fixed upright, so unable to "lounge" and relax; buffet poorly presented and unappetizing (Sambal for breakfast? No thanks); no decaff coffee option and disgusting herbal tea; only 1 of 3 toilets working; plus leaky shower with no ventilation and very dodgy electrics for hairdryer. On the plus side there was free alcohol (not that I wanted it at 6.30am) and a reasonable selection of Danish pastries, cereal and yoghurt. I wouldn't use it again - wish I'd tried the Ambassador instead.

Review for SATS Premier Lounge at Terminal 2. Good variety of food available. Snacks are available for taking out for later consumption. Vegetarian-friendly. I did not see milk or creamer for adding to black coffee? Veg friendliness (ovo-lacto): 5/5 Vegetarian food is clearly labeled with green plant logo.

We used the lounge at Terminal 3 and I would say compared to other lounges I had visited in other airports, this one was not bad. The lounge has 2 sections - one in natural bright lights where we sat, the other section is darker. Food & beverages selection was sufficient but not fantastic. The tables were regularly cleared and the place was cleaned by the staff. Shower rooms are available.

Used the lounge recently, very busy, it was comfortable but there are definitely more toilets needed, one was not working which made the matter worse. It seems strange there are only two toilets when there are two showers, surely the toilets are used far more than the showers. The drinks were plentiful and food was ok. The staff keep the place very clean, always walking around picking up used dishes etc. It was nice to relax in there for a couple of hours.

The SATS Premier lounge is really tired and needs a major upgrade. The lounge itself feels grubby. Air-conditioning didn’t seem to be working and the seating is worn and deteriorating. There were 3 toilets. 1 for the disabled, 1 out of order and therefore 1 designated toilet for approximately 50 people in the lounge. Both coffee machines are constantly showing error messages so there’s a line to get coffee. The food on offer is average. We commented that a lot of private companies are now operating lounges and they are falling short on customer service and value. I would not return to this lounge.

The SAT lounges are very tired . Would advice against going . The showers are not cleaned frequently . One of the two showers had faucet broken. Last month lounge in t3 did not have towels in showers.

Don’t do it is my advice. The lounge is very tired and in need of a thorough remodel. The showers were so unappealing I couldn’t bring myself to use them. Food was perfect for those who liked noodles, chicken. Salad bar was to say the least unappetising, s few pieces of limp lettuce and some melon. A waste of money ☹️

No towels available to shower, only one working toilet and there are just two showers for the whole lounge. I was here for over 4 hours and ended up leaving without managing to get a shower before my connecting flight. Rude greeting and unhelpful, literally no welcome or helpful direction given by the host and barley comfortable seating. I won’t bother ever again, Singapore airport has such good facilities you really don’t need this lounge. It offers no easily identified benefits IMHO. Good was OK but choice was limited and it was lukewarm.

Not as big as other lounges but still reasonably comfortable. The chairs were comfortable with adequate spacing between chairs. The WIFi was also good. There was a reasonable selection of food but choice was limited. The staff took time to replace food. For those with a sweet tooth like me, there wasn’t a great selection of dishes. We were here on a Monday afternoon so it wasn’t as busy but I can see how it can easily become crowded.
