Depart your central Dubai hotel by air-conditioned vehicle and head into old Dubai as your guide charts the city’s history and culture. Stop first at Al Bastakiya (Al Fahidi), Dubai’s oldest quarter, and stroll around its lanes to see its wind tower houses. Learn how the houses were built by Persian traders in the late 1800s, and dip into Bastakiya’s art galleries and museums. Delve into nearby souks and bazaars, and cruise through the swish Jumeirah neighborhood, passing its deluxe villas and Jumeirah Mosque. Morning City Tour with Mr. Kamran Khan

Me and wife had a lovely time exploring the city of Dubai with Mr. Kamran Khan who was our Tour Guide from Rayna Destination Management L.L.C.
Mr. Kamran was very prompt throughout the tour and called us beforehand to brief us of the timings to be followed and picked us up on time from our hotel. The vehicle was a 7 seater Toyota Sienna, highly comfortable, spacious, well kept, hygienic with properly cooling A/C.
Mr. Kamran took us to different parts of the city of Dubai, giving us important pieces of information about the History, Art, Culture, Lifestyle, and significance of different places that we visited. The manner of his information delivery was highly polished and he was very jovial, ensuring we laughed throughout (otherwise it's very common that energy levels drop during common city Tours).
He even went out of the way to drive us around the entire Palm Islands Area, telling us about different Hotel chains and Projects being undertaken in Dubai.
We were conveniently dropped at place of our choice and we had a very smooth experience.
I highly recommend Mr. Kamran Khan as your tour guide if you are visiting Dubai. A fantastic professional, and someone with whom you can trust your Dubai Experiences.

Super First Time Experience in Dubai with Rayna
This is my first time in Dubai and I used Rayna Tours for my airport transfer and tours in the city. I was picked up with a Rolce Royce (very clean ride and courteous driver). Tours were amazing on all days. I was picked up from my hotel at the right time in a clean shuttle bus or a bigger bus.

Loved the tour guide (Wajahat) & driver (Ali Sha). I needed to use the restroom half way during the day city tour and they were accommodating and patient to find a good spot for me to do an ‘offload’ 😂😊.

Lastly, I had to make a lot of alterations to my already planned tour schedule and they were accommodating every time I requested for a change. I could always reach them on WhatsApp. They also provided real time feedback on WhatsApp and via phone calls. So convenient! 🥰 Special shout-out to Coordinators (Vaibhav Powar & Saleem Shaikh)

I’m coming back in December with my extended family of 15 persons and I would most definitely use Rayna International Coordination again.

It was very amazing to roam in Dubai city.We have almost visited every tourist places.Specially it was great to have Mr.Faisal Raza as our tour guide. He has given deep info about the places we visited.Travel agent Mr.Ozair Hussain offered very attractive deal/package in our "Desert safari" and "Dubai city tour" as well.

Beware of last minute cancellation of bookings

I booked a Dubai city tour with your company and my tour was canceled less than 1 hour prior to my trip. I am a traveler as most people are that use your services. The agent (rohit) did not try to rectify my situation or show any consideration towards my situation. It was my last day in Dubai and it was wasted because of your company canceling my tour. I was not able to find anything else to do because of this and was too late to book anything else.

I am very disappointed in Rayna tours. This is unacceptable, people pay a lot of money to travel and to simply cancel a trip last minute is not fair to those customers.

Jumeriah beach & atlantis were the best place to visit. kunal was very much helpful & polite. He solved all our queries & helped us throughout our stay in dubai.
