Enjoyed every minute

From start of tour to the end it was amazing. Our host was brilliant. Cnt remember his name .Very friendly and always answered our questions. My favourite attraction was the fountain. It was class!! Would highly recommend. So handy pick up and drop off with air con and water. What else would you want. Good value for money.

Trying to rip off at every stroke

I paid 360 AED €100 for a game with my son for an hour.
1. It was for two hours for a booth.
2. They charged us or tried to charge us a membership for an extra €5 - eventually turned out I was a member but we both had to play off the same name which ruined it.
3. Then when it came to paying the bill…. They tried to charge 180 AED me too much….
Service staff excellent.
Managers awful…. No notion of understanding the client….

My protest …. I’ll never be back!

I don’t mind paying but stealth charges and over charges and managers paying their third party payment apps…. Dreadful.

I’m the last year I had 85 staff attend Top Golf AED 15k - plus food say goodbye to that.

Not exciting

Very disappointing. The itinerary was not kept partly because of other participants and the tour guide being too soft. Since we did not take the meal because we already booked for a special meal with friends, we missed it. No itinerary for those who choose not to take the dinner option. We arrived back to our hotel late. I must admit the tour guide was very informative regarding the history of Dubai. However, other aspect of the tour was so disjointed. The boat we got in had broken chairs, shanty tables and needs a lot of refurbishment. Surprisingly, some of the attractions we visited were out of bounds for us. On the whole, it is not one of my favourite and probably will not be using the service again. I wish the tour operator could make the necessary positive changes inorder to make these admissions a memorable experience for all.

Poor planning poor execution interesting afternoon

bloody poor to be honest, collection from my hotel was 45 minutes late and wasn't the bus that was orgabised but they sent a taxi to collect me because I was too far away. Got to the drop off point and waited in the taxi for a further 20 mins only to get on a bus with a French group so basically I spent the entire afternoon listening to the French speaking guide. Guide did speak English as well but I felt I got 10% of the translation. Guide did have good knowledge of Dubai. Also Burj Kalifa experience was overpriced and during peak for best views which blew out the end time of the tour. I got my own taxi home ( no one offered to pay for it for me)

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

This has to be the biggest scam we encountered while staying in Dubai. First, we got picked up in a rundown van, old, stinky, and were late. Then they drove around the city picking up more guests. Firs they dropped us off in from of Atlantis, we crossed the street, and met the van on the other side of the street 2 minutes later. This is not a joke nor an exaggeration, how is this called an attraction? 2nd stop, Dubai Marina. We were loaded on this old boat, went through the marina and back. Boring. Then we were taken to a mall, it wasn't bad but only 20 minutes to explore. Then dinner at the buffet. Nothing special, we had to pay for our soft drinks. This was the most uncomfortable dinner ever. But this is where we all agreed that this whole "Tour" was a scam. This was nothing like what they make it sound on the description. Then we were dropped off at the entrance of the Dubai mall, we had to walk across this huge mall to get to the Burj Khalifa. I don't understand why this was done since we were already inside the tower when we had dinner there. The tour guide got the tickets, we waited close to an hour to go to the observation floor; what a disappointment. Nothing special, just dirty glass, and a store. That was the end of the tour. We were so irritated because we wasted almost a whole day and we could have done other things instead of this. We paid $452 US for 2 people for this, a total scam. Don't make the same mistake we did. Spend your money somewhere else.

WORST ACTIVITY EVER

The tour provided false information. The tour guide picked up us with 40 minutes delay and he didn’t even apologize for being late.The bus used for transportation was unclean and smelled bad. We supposed to visit burj Alarab but we didn’t. We just saw the outside of the Atlantis resort for only one minute. The person didn’t even allow us to take a picture. We went to a buffet but the tour guide asked all the people to sit at the same table. We wanted to sit at more private table. I believe it is not wise to put all the people during pandemic at the same table. We requested a separate table but he said he reserved only one table for all, but during dinner time he sat at a private table. This tour is not really worth it. You can have a decent activities with less price. I never leave any comments or feedbacks but I would recommend people NOT TO TRUST these misleading informations, those are all for advertising nothing else!!

Dubai’s Amazing Tour

Amazing experience and very informal. The buffet dinner was delicious and so much to eat. Highly recommend if your looking to ride across the Atlantis and explore great places in Dubai
