Our tour today was excellent!! Let me introduce you our best tour guide Sohaib. He is very good and soo funny. The ride was very pleasant and we were never bored. We had a lot of fun together and he took really lots of time for us.

Didn’t turn up and no refund
We booked and on the day they said they didn’t pick up from our hotel. Contacted and they said they would refund but have failed to do so. Are now ignoring messages. Stay away!!!

I had no idea what to expect but with them picking you up from any hotel it was great. Almost like a private tour. Its small group tours with your driver being your guide. It was excellent. Full day of activity and driver very informative and friendly. Thank you Abdul you were amazing.

Great cultural trip. Abu Dhabi was a bit more sedate than fast paced Dubai. Tour Director Ramadan kept us engrossed in the history and culture of the Emirate. I learned quite a bit of new information.

Didn’t turn up, no refund, 0 star
Booked the tour and paid, and when we phoned them from the hotel to find out why they hadn’t turned up they said they couldn’t pick us up from our hotel and would refund us. They have not refunded us and have not contacted us since, even though we have contacted them. If anyone has any advice on how we could get our money back, we would really appreciate the help.

BUYER BEWARE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY!! CROOKS HERE TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I booked the tour, paid for everything online. I then get an email from them the day before via tripadvisor saying they are not able to come to my hotel to pick me up. After a lot of hassle arguing back and forth as to why and arguing the fact they are making incorrect statements on their advertising, they said they would refund me. It's been almost a month now and even after further chasing - still no refund! If you read the reviews, you will notice this has happened to other victims before where no monies were returned or services offered so please take my advice and avoid this company. If you look closely their advertising it is inconsistent - even the company name is different in places on tripadvisor and on the booking confirmation. In any case, a reputable company who is unable to meet a customer's requirements, for whatever reason should be refunding money back to the client as no services were provided - they haven't refunded me and they should do!! Note I specifically stated my hotel name on the booking as per the form and they refuse to offer the service I paid for, If that's not stealing then I don't know what is!! I have reported this to my credit card company and when I get a chance to I will also report this incident to the tourism board of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This company should not be operating with such bad practices. It leaves a bad experience on the country visited. Please save yourself the hassle!
