Contrate con la empresa 24 7 Tourism LLC (web 247TOURSUAE) a traves de la plataforma VIATOR (vaya servicio...) tour para ir a ABU DHABI con almuerzo real buffet... la experiencia es rapida, NO SE PRESENTARON a recogernos... despues de tres dias de intento de contacto con mencionada empresa (llamadas, whatsapps a telefonos de contacto, mensajes a traves de la plataforma VIATOR), me respondieron a la supuesta hora se recogida indicandome que el TOUR habia sido cancelado por su parte, indicandome que me habian avisado por e-mail, hecho que es totalmente falso pues ni e-mail, ni llamada ni un simple SMS, nada de nada de comunicación por parte de la compañia!!!... ni por supuesto de VIATOR!!! ES UN FRAUDE y me deber moral es avisar de la experiencia para que otros no caigan como yo!!!.
Es curioso que la empresa intente escudarse en que me han enviado un e-mail indicandome la cancelacion porque ni contestaron a mis repetidas llamadas, whatsapp y sms!!! , era sencillo con solo responder a las mismas y avisar!!!.
Por ultimo y denigrante del asunto, cuando cancelo la misma a traves de la plataforma VIATOR por motivo de la
empresa, esta me manda un e-mail indicandome que lamentan no poder devolverme el importe de la misma ya que se ha realizado en el mismo dia del hecho, es en serio que una compañia que unicamente media en transacciones comerciales y que tiene su sentido en dar confianza al consumidor final, responda de esta manera??!!...
En definitiva, el MAYOR ROBO SUFRIDO!!!
Esten atentos... para que puedan verificar el asunto dejo
copia de una parte de whatsapp con la CIA Toursim 24 7 LCC (dejo hasta el numero para que puedan corroborar).
Es curioso que la empresa intente escudarse en que me han enviado un e-mail indicandome la cancelacion porque ni contestaron a mis repetidas llamadas, whatsapp y sms!!! , era sencillo con solo responder a las mismas y avisar!!!.
