          Nara was excellent!
Nara was an incredibly passionate guide. With extensive knowledge and great enthusiasm, he made the tour so enjoyable that even though I hadn’t had much sleep early in the morning, I still had a fantastic time! I highly recommend him to everyone.

          Excellent tour with Narath!
Narath was an excellent guide. I usually don’t like tours but it was a small group at a perfect pace, he took lots of photos and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend highly.

          Perfect sunrise Tour around Angkor
Amazing Tour. Gut picked up in a nice car with AC. Water and cold towels were included. Our Guide Nara explained a lot about the Temples and Their history. With his good mood it was a lot of fun, Even at 5 in the Morning. He was also really engaged in showing us the Perfect views and to get a lot of nice pictures. Big recommendation for this tour and especially for our Guide Nara!

          Chill tour
My first ever early morning tour (like 4:35!), but it’s been awesome! Very comfy transport, tour guide Nara knows what he’s doing and very patient, very soft spoken but also firm. He knew and remembered everyone’s face in the group. And the group I was in has also been great. Made a lot of difference.

          Sunrise at Angkor Wat
We had Nara as a guide and he was awesome!!! Good pace of the tour. Of course not easy to wake up early but the sunrise scenery at Angkor Wat is worth it .

Amazing! Recommend for English speaking guide
Sok was so funny and just a wonderful guide to have. Everything went smoothly, it was very informative, and we had so much fun learning about the fascinating history of Angkor wat. Amazing to have an English speaking guide, Sok was fluent and even helped us learn some words in Khmer ! I really recommend.

Great tour with our guide, Tola, he showed us things that we would never have found on our own. Highly recommend tour!
We just did a tour today with Mr. Tola and had a wonderful time. We were at Angkor Wat for sunrise and then spent time inside. We then enjoyed breakfast before visiting Ta Prohm and Banteay temples. Mr Tola showed us things that we would not have found on our own. He also shared some good history of the area and Angkor. We really enjoyed the tour, it had a good pace, was not rushed and we were encouraged to ask questions. Highly recommended by us!

          Angkor wat sunrise
I went to the sunrise tour of Angkor wat today with my partner and we were very happy with it. Unfortunately there were people in our group who were impatient with our guide Kim and actually very rude to him. It was very obvious that they did not understand him right. First thing that happened this morning when we stopped for maximum 10 min (important to mention that it was only 05:50) was that Kim explained what the tour would look like throughout the day and he said that we will have breakfast a bit later because he thought its better we support a local restaurant than buying coffee and souvenirs at this place, which I totally agree with!! One person then shouted out that it would be better if he could tell us about the temples instead of wanting us to buy souvenirs. With this said she didnt understand what he tried to explain. We then went to the sunrise spot by the lake around 6 am which gave us 45 min until the sunrise. Next person that was supposed to go onto a second tour was asked by Kim if she wanted to join them earlier since it would be the same sightseeings but again, she didnt understood him right cause as we heard it as a suggestion she got really upset and thought he told her to leave. This actually was a suggestion from the company and he tried to explain this but she didnt want to listen and just snapped, told him that she wanted to join for the rest of the day cause she paid for it. Fair enough but the way these two people just decided that he was unfair without asking what he actually meant instead of just assuming, that was disturbing. You could tell that Kim tried really hard to solve the situation but it seemed like they already made up their mind about him being a bad guide and also with a third person joining who had no interaction with him. Kim told us a lot about history and answered all of our questions while they were wandering off and had zero interest in listening to him. One of the person also left the group earlier, because of what happened in the morning I just feel like I need to reach out here because this is not right to the guide and after travelling around asia for months I can recall many times where people get misunderstod by their english and its not fair to assume things.

          Awesome Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour
We took the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat today and enjoyed a beautiful tour through several temples. Our tour guide, Kim, was really friendly and experienced. Although two other participants were upset and complained unjustly, Kim remained totally professional and made the tour a wonderful experience for us! We highly recommend him as a guide for future tours. Lena and Jesper

I decided to go to Kulen Mountains Waterfall tour with Siem Reap Shuttle as suggested by Onederz hostel where I was staying at Siem Reap and I must say it was one of the most amazing trips I've done in entire Cambodia.
Right from the pickup to the quality of Van to the itinerary, the restaurant stop, the driver and best of all our guide Silong, everything was just perfect..
The tour started as promised, sharp on time, we were taken on a very luxurious and comfortable mini van from our hotel with our Guide Silong explaining us every detail about the tour about the country and kept cracking a lot of jokes to keep everyone together.
We stopped at all the designated places, mainly the waterfall and thousand lingas, but to our surprise we were even made to stop and see a beautiful Buddhist pagoda, some palm sugar factory and some more, we all totally loved our visits.
The driver drove very carefully as some roads were not the great but he took great care of everyone and whenever we returned from a stop, he provided us with cold towels and chilled drinking water.
They even stopped at a very well maintained and beautiful Khmer restaurant which also serve a great variety of western food too and for a good meal plus a drink costs us just about US $10 each. We also wanted to try some street side roasted pork and they even stopped for the same.
By then end of the tour I would definitely say it was a complete value for money tour and I absolutely recommend them for all kinds of tours.

I really enjoyed this day tour. The drive didn’t seem long since our wonderful guide Nara gave us a really interesting lecture throughout, telling us about the region and history. The look out point was spectacular and the waterfall was so fun to swim in.
I would recommend bringing your own food and just ordering a drink at the restaurant they bring you to - it’s expensive and the food is not great. Drinks were fine. I wish they’d cut the restaurant altogether but otherwise a really great day! I really recommend! Hopefully you get Nara as a guide too.

The guide was great, Silong was very talkative and friendly and was adding good info about the trip. The Waterfall was the key selling point and was great to see and have a quick swim in.
This advertises as a walk through the jungle however there's not much walking involved apart from getting off the bus for a light walk for 10 minutes or so to the view of the cliffs / temple. The travel to the top of mountain was painfully slow and bumpy on the bus.
The restaurant we stopped at was pretty late lunch at about 4PM & was a typical tourist trap, overpriced and low quality food. Wrong meat inside of the snack we ordered.
Also getting dropped off at the palm sugar manufacturing store that's not part of the itinerary.
Asking for reviews when eating which is why I feel this a high rating for something pretty mediocre.

While the tour had a well-organized itinerary and reliable logistics, my experience was severely impacted by the unprofessional behavior and lack of expertise from the guide. Here is a breakdown:

        Pros:
        1. Transport & Driver: The air-conditioned van was comfortable, and the driver was punctual and professional. Hotel pickup and drop-off were seamless.
        2. Tickets: The tour covered all entrance fees as promised.
        3. Croissant: The provided croissant was good.

        Cons:
        1. Guide's Knowledge and Behavior:
        * The guide provided minimal and superficial information, such as stating that a temple was originally Hindu and later became Buddhist without offering any meaningful context or cultural insights.
        * When I expressed my expectations for a more informative experience, he laughed and dismissed my concerns.
        * He provided incorrect information, such as misidentifying a statue at the 1000 Lingas site as Shiva, which was immediately contradicted by members of the group familiar with Hindu culture.
        * His focus was more on his phone than the group, and he left us on our own almost the entire trip. It would have been appreciated at least at the restaurant where we struggled to communicate with the waitstaff to stay for us to order. At least this I mean.
        2. Tour Duration:
        * The tour lasted 7 hours instead of the promised 8–9 hours, effectively cutting into the paid time.
        3. Snacks & Refreshments:
        * The advertised "seasonal fruits and local snacks" were nonexistent. Instead, the guide offered me a grilled banana from the place he left us to bathroom, which seemed to be his personal snack rather than part of the official provision.
        4. Waterfall Experience:
        * The time allocated at the waterfall was 30 min for both swimming and photography. The guide opted to rest in a hammock instead of assisting or coming with us, engaging with the group or taking photos or anything.
        5. Involvement in the Tour:
        * The only location where the guide showed genuine interest was at a banana farm, which felt like a personal addition to the tour rather than part of the official itinerary.
        Conclusion:
While the company's overall organization, vehicle, and driver were commendable, the experience was ruined by an unqualified guide who lacked professionalism and cultural knowledge. I cannot recommend this tour unless the company ensures a more competent and engaged guide. Which they have considering the other reviews. But not today for this 7 adults group

Would highly recommend this tour if you’re looking to see breathtaking sights with a friendly and informative tour guide. My guide was Dara Try and my driver was La (apologies if I’ve spelt this wrong!). They were fantastic, helpful, courteous and above all very friendly, light hearted and genuinely kind people. Dara Try also took amazing photos for us so we can easily remember these beautiful memories. As a general comment, it’s a bit upsetting when you come across comments such as the tour is “expensive” (not just in relation to this tour but other tours) but arguably this is because there’s an expectation that prices should be low as we are in South East Asia. The trip is still less than what you can expect to pay for tours you would find in other western countries and was value for money. Most of all, I loved that it also included local snacks so that our money goes directly to support local businesses especially in a city which is heavily reliant on tourist money. It was also nice that they provided tips for us to provide to the monks (which was not necessary, but again a nice gesture so you know part of the tour money is being used as a donation). Dara Try was also working on his day off and covering additional shifts as his co-worker was sick. Thank you again Dara Try for taking time out of your day to take us on this amazing day to explore your beautiful country! We highly appreciated it! We would highly recommend Dara Try as your tour guide!

It was mega nice, and pick-up went perfectly fine. Snack'se was not quite wild, but our tour guide (Silong) was very happy and enthusiastic. The restaurant they take you to is full of other tourists and the prices are also 200% higher than elsewhere.
Overall it was a nice trip, and the waterfall especially was very impressive.

We were picked up directly from our hotel in a nice Lexus SUV on time in the morning, driven about an hour to the Kulen Mountain area, first enjoyed some sandstone cliffs and views of the jungle, then to see the river and 1000 lingas carvings, and then to a magical surprise sight in the woods near the river that I won’t spoil, then to the famous reclining Buddha at the top of Kulen Mountain, then to swim at Kulen waterfall, and then back to our hotel.

Ra took his time to educate us about the locations and their history, he was able to thoroughly answer all of our questions, and was very engaging. He guided us through each experience but also followed our lead in terms of how much time we wanted to spend at each sight. He was very accommodating. He was also very helpful in taking loads of pictures of us throughout the experience.

I highly recommend Siem Reap Shuttle for tours and guides around Siem Reap, but especially recommend requesting Ra as your private guide. He was so fun and personable, highly knowledgeable, kind and accommodating, and an overall pleasure to spend the whole day with. We intend to book him again for a different tour of the whole Angkor Wat complex.

        Thank you Ra!

We have had great experiences with tours in Cambodia in the past, but this was by far the worst tour we’ve ever been on. While the waterfall and reclining Buddha was nice, the rest of the activities were dull and uninspiring. There is no trekking involved and 3/4 of the time is spent driving.

The tour guide lacked storytelling skills, making it nearly impossible to follow the history or cultural sites they were trying to explain. To top it off, the tour ended at 2 PM after only three hours of actual activities. Instead of returning to town, we were taken to an overpriced tourist-trap restaurant “Rom Chang Ankor Restaurant” nearly an hour away from Siem Reap, seemingly so the tour guide could earn a commission.

As they trap you in a rural area, it is impossible to leave or arrange alternative transport.

Save your money and avoid this tour.

Very nice tour. Our guide, John, gave us lots of information and it was very nice visiting the waterfalls, the cliffs, ... Would recommend booking a tour and not a tuktuk as the way up is very steep and seems to me it would be difficult with a tuktuk. You need a basic condition to do this tour as there is some walking up- and downhill included as well as some stairs. The price of the tour includes the entrance ticket which is $20.

Our guide Pheap made it an unforgettable experience, he gave us so much information about the places we were visiting, but also about the Cambodian history and daily life!

The Lingas and order sculptures in the river bed were very interesting, and add an added bonus, you can see one of the several pure water springs that feed the river - the water spews upwards from a limestone pool and it's perfectly clear! You can see many locals coming to fill out their bottles, as the water is both drinkable and considered holy.

The waterfall is the main event, and it was spectacular! The cool water was well received in the heat of March (perfect time to visit, as the river will be too wild once the rainy season starts). As an added bonus, the pool at the best of the waterfall was full of those tiny fish that come and nibble at your dead skin - an expensive treatment in other places, completely free here!

        * One unusual thing to be aware of, is that after the trip is done, the organizers will take you to a restaurant to have lunch - this meal is not included in the trip (in fact the prices were on the high side compared to Siem Reap). The food is tasty and freshly made, but you're kinda forced to eat there, as there are no other options in the place where you stop. So if you can't afford the food or simply don't want to eat there, all you can do is wait for everyone else to finish their meals, before the van drives everyone back to the city.

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
