Wow! Angkor Wat was everything we had heard about and more. Awesome! Thean, our guide, shared so much about the history of the country as reflected in its architecture and made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout. We are 67 and 72 yrs old. Thean helped my husband with the steps up and down. He also gets the BEST pictures! We saw Long Tail and Pig Tail Macaque monkeys, too! Lunch was at a very nice restaurant. We got to walk enough to soak in the peace of the place but, Hay, our driver, made the transitions super easy, meeting us from time to time in his Lexus SUV with air conditioning, cool cloths and cold water. It was the perfect one day tour of this #1 UNESCO world heritage site. Ask for Thean and Hay!

I’m very grateful for the Happy Angkor tour company who organised 2 days private tour for us in Siem Reap I was impressed by the level of service, knowledge and excellent English by our tour guide Sam-ath.he gave us very good explanation about the history of the monuments and Cambodia.He was easy going,funny,did a lot of pictures for us and taught us a lot of tricks how to do best pictures. The guide and the driver did the excellent job. Our guide Sam had superb knowledge of the subject, very proficient English and wonderful manners. He made our being in the temple area very enjoyable. Spent an amazing jam packed two days with guide Lonn and driver Sreang. Lonn is an exceptionally knowledgeable and engaging guide - he shared cultural, historical, religious, and artistic info. We spent just the right amount of time and saw the best temples. Sunrise tour was very nice. Floating village was memorable. We skipped a temple on day two and added the landmine museum and butterfly center. Great recommendations for dinner from Lonn and he is quite the photographer too (best spots!) and great composition! Highly recommend

Had a truly unforgettable day with our guide Thean and driver Hay. Cannot speak highly enough of them and the service they provided. Thean was an incredibly knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humour and who knew where to get the best photos from. Hay was an excellent driver and kept us refreshed with cold water and cold towels. Most importantly - I was traveling with my 90-year-old grandfather who has always wanted to see Ankor Wat - and they took such good care of him. Thean, in particular, was very attentive, caring and respectful. He was patient and flexible in letting us take breaks during each temple tour, and even organised with the guards to be able to drive our car further up towards the temples so my grandfather didn't have to walk the long distances in. Jimmy and Sreang were fantastic guides. Tour was exceptionally organized, schedule and timing really outstanding, combined with thorough, interesting and accurate explanations. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of all the temples and, even on a very busy day, knew all the best routes around the temples to make it an amazing experience. There is so much to see on the Big and Small Angkor Wat Circuits and I wanted to be sure I would see and learn as much as I could on a tour. Thanks to my guide Thean and driver Dat the 2 day tour was a success. The communications with the Happy Angkor Tour Company was very good, they were very responsive to any questions I had. You can tell Thean has been a guide for a long time. His knowledge about each of the locations and Cambodia’s history is impressive. He gave a lesson about each place before going in ensuring I understood its history and the meaning of each to include the meaning of the art work associated with each. He also ensured I knew the best spots for pictures and even took some ‘professional’ pics. Dat was as safe and courteous a driver as any I have had on my travels. His vehicle was clean and he had lots of water and cold towels at each stop which I very much appreciated. I absolutely recommend the tour with this company and with Thean and Dat in particular.

Clean car with chilling air conditioning, well stocked cooler with cold water, and cold towels helped keep us refreshed for two fun full days. Chhay and Dat were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Cambodia. Chhay knew how to navigate through the crowded spots when necessary but also took us to hidden spots away from the crowds. He took so many memorable photos for us. He was also endlessly patient as we occasionally dwelled long in some spots we particularly enjoyed. Chhay also helped the vegetarians in our family get fed with excellent Kmer food.
