It was once in a lifetime experience that I would never forget. I can’t describe my exactly feeling,u need to experience it yourself. My professional trainer, Handry ,he was amazing in every way. He help me to calm down and relax and just enjoyed the view. Deep down inside of course i m scared, but with his guide, I m feels safe. He also took terrific photo for me. As we spent one week in Kuala Lumpur going on the islands near by was a must. We have chosen first Seppangar island and it was a great choice. The island has a limited number of visitors as it is not included in the Jesselton ferry link. The beach is nice , child friendly and the lunch included is rather good. The price included also a parasailing tour or a see walking experience. We have chosen the sea walking and even though it is not much (25 m walk and 5-10 min stay and feed the fish) it was pleasant. The kayaks and a standing paddle board were available on the beach for free. All in all it was lovely.

The park is a small park with few animals only. Entrance fee for tourist is 20 ringgits. Location is a little bit far from city center. We only stayed there for 45 minutes. Not worth a visit.

The first day hike to Bohey Dulang, this is an easy hike. Then to snorkelling. The second day we went to Kapalai Dive Resort, a resort you will never regret to be there. I should said the most attractive for this resort is the buffet, the chalet and the surroundings.

The hike up the hill in Bohey Dulang is 700m which takes about an hour to go up. Shoes and socks required, else rubber shoes can be rented for RM5. Socks for sale at RM5 too. There's a conservatory at the jetty where you can learn some stuff too. There's an albino turtle there. The corals in Mantabuan and Sibuan is not as beautiful as the other islands. A lot of dead corals.

Suggest booking a private coach for $5 more per person to get the maximum flexibility. We used this tour group as they were the only one to offer the tour to Kokol hill and included the type of tour we wanted, we enjoyed tasting firstly for lunch some pork noodles and another speciality which the local restaurant had to offer, we did not like the local drink they offered so we opted for some iced tea instead and the noodles had a little too much soy sauce but the pork was nice and so was the friendliness, we then went for high tea at Kokol Hill, we actually thought it came with scones or cake, but we was only offered coffee/tea but for an extra 8RM we had some scones This was a new tour, so I don't think they actually thought it out properly as we were suppose to be there for the sunset, but we would of had to wait about 2-3 hrs for it and there is not that much to do up there, if it wasn't for our friendly tour guide called Nasa it would of been a little boring, but he made it pleasant and instead went to the cocoa chocolate factory where I bought heaps of chocolate then onto Tanjung Beach where we watched the sunset sipping on delicious cocktails and potato wedges then lastly went to another local food court and ate local food and fish fry eaten on banana leaves, this tour company is extremely well priced and was only 120-130 RM for this whole day trip with hotel pick-ups we were the only 2 people on the tour which made it better for us
