About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- overintwo0 contributionsGreat tour!We had a great tour with Geson. He was very informative and we got to drive to the top of Kek Loc Si! Unfortunately we didn’t get to do the Penang Hill because it was closed.Written 11 January 2025
- FabianA14060 contributionsAmazing Nature, closeup eagles, great guide, fun captain. We recently joined this mangrove tour in Langkawi and had a fantastic experience overall. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire journey both informative and enjoyable. Watching the eagles soar and dive up close was absolutely breathtaking — a true highlight of the trip. The captain clearly enjoyed navigating the boat, making the ride even more fun with his skillful and enthusiastic driving. The included meal was simple but good. However, we had some issues with the transportation service. We had to wait about an hour for pick-up at the start of the tour, and the return trip was delayed by an additional 20 minutes. This was a bit inconvenient and is the reason we are giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of a perfect score. Despite the minor transport hiccups, we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Langkawi!Written 11 January 2025
- GIDraco0 contributionsSpot OnWas very lucky to have this guided tour on my own. My guide, Raj, was just perfect. Honest, polite, chatty, attentive and a good sense of humour. The waterfalls and springs were lovely to see. If I was in more of an "immersive" mood, I would've dipped in but the weather was poor. The caves were an incredible spectacle to see, well worth the journey. A few hidden surprises of the fabric shop and metallic factory were a great addition to the tour, also. Lunch was very tasty, always good to try new food in new ways. Dropped off with no hassle, even when the traffic started to get busy. Highly recommend!Written 10 January 2025
- Curious3207740 contributionsNot worth the long drive !!!!Dreadful driving throughout the trip. Tailgating at 140 kph is absurd and dangerous Still doing that speed in pouring rain must rate as suicidal Felt rushed throughout and I would question if the journey is worth the visit to the sanctuary. The knowledgeable ranger promised on the island hardly spoke at all and had to be asked questions before giving dubious answers. His overall knowledge seemed poor The trip to the cave gave insufficient time to really explore the whole temple having been told we must return in an hour but being urged to return quicker. We took our time and returned after an hour where upon the driver disappeared and left us hanging around for a further 30 minutes Think carefully before booking this trip it is not worth the money and if they all drive like our guide then someone will end up deadWritten 7 January 2025
- Dream351486900300 contributionsTerrible experience and tour-guide.A tourist-trap. Tour is not well planned. No proper explanation of sites was given. The guide was biased to a few vendor shops that she wanted us to visit (for obvious reasons). The visits were rushed and mal-coordinated. She kept insisting on getting tips several times. She was also biased against Muslims and Muslim culture (she didn't know that we were Muslims ourselves). A terrible experience in my humble view. Find another company.Written 3 January 2025

- Melissa S0 contributionsSkip this sad place. The saddest place ever. The elephants are obviously under stress as they rhythmically bob and weave, they have nowhere to go dispite advertising 280 acres and everything is just in a small cage. The tiger looks like it’s bored to death and lives in a 40x30’ pen. This is awful. What zoos looked like in the US 30 years ago. Skip it.Written 30 December 2024
- SAMANTHATAFFURELLI0 contributionsWorst tour everThis was the worst tour I have ever done. There was 3 adults squashed into a small budget old car and another 1 adult in the back for the whole day. It was very uncomfortable. Very inadequate. The hot springs were just in the middle of town and small not what I was expecting It cost 4 MR to get in for the car. We went to the waterfalls only cost to get in was parking. No cost to get into the Caves. The pewter tour lady spoke so fast you couldn't understand anything she said. No lunch provided but given 50MR to get lunch for 2 which didn't cover it at 4pm which was too late No water provided. No schedule. Not professional at all and we have been on many tours. This was not worth the money at all but I'm sure you made plenty. Won't be using you again.Written 29 December 2024

- Adrian B0 contributionsMore convenient to buy online tickets and take a taxiIs the worst decision to take this tour. If you really want to visit the tower go to internet buy a ticket and go with taxi. It’s more convenient. They pick up you from hotel and give 2h to visit. You will stay minimum 30minutes to wait inlet. Not give cut line ticketWritten 24 December 2024
- mfaroukriza0 contributionsGreat experience at Genting HighlandGreat experience with family for the first time to genting highland. Booking from online apps is just one click. One day before the trip, operator will inform you the guide driver and car number who will pick us up at the hotel, and send us the return e-ticket for cable car. Mr.Rajan drives and guides us very well, he gives some information during trips. Before going to genting, we stop by at batu cave and batik shop. We are drop off at awana station and continue the top by cable car. 3 hours exploring then we are picked up again at the same point we are dop off, then back to our hotel at KL. Thanks for the smooth and enjoyable tripWritten 23 December 2024

We travelled less than an hour from the city on the Cultural Village Tour with an experienced local driver - it was one of the highlights of our trip to Kuching. We learned about the different tribes and longhouses for each, with welcome dancers and music each time we entered. There was cooking in some, handcraft exhibitions in some, and it is always interesting learning about how different cultures have lived. To finish off, the joint performance in the main hall from each of the longhouses was beautiful and brilliant, seated on very comfortable chairs with all the lights, music and entertainment of a world-class event. Definitely include the Sarawak Cultural Village on your agenda.

We booked this tour with Klook.com
Our appointed tour guide/ driver Mr Malindo, came early to pick us up from our hotel. He was very polite and friendly and a very careful driver.
His Vehicle a Nissan van was in excellent condition, aircon was cool. We were guided through the Village with great explanations about the different tribes, their livelihood and views of their lodgings. The tour ended with a Cultural Dance Show , not to be missed. Beautiful dance and music.
A must do tour, as this is to know about the roots of people in Kuching, Sarawak.
Highly recommended!

Hey, I was a bit skeptical as much of it is under renovation, people were very welcoming and wanted to tell me everything, and everything turned out to be positive, especially when a fantastic show, which is on twice a day, came on, 40 degrees, not much energy, then you enter a huge showroom with nice seats and air conditioning, keep it up, it's worth everything, money well spent
