Exceptional Hospitality: Malaysia Countryside and Batu Caves Tour Review
Absolutely fantastic experience on the Malaysia Countryside and Batu Caves Tour from Kuala Lumpur! Our driver truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. From the moment we were picked up, his hospitality and professionalism were evident. He provided insightful commentary throughout the journey, enhancing our understanding of the countryside and the significance of Batu Caves. The tour was well-organized, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an enriching and memorable experience in Malaysia!

Mr Siva is an amazing guide
Mr Siva is an amazing guide! Friendly, informative, attentive - he loves to share his knowledge of Malaysia and KL, answer any questions and give you a personal tour round the temple. He also brought snacks so we could feed the monkeys. The firefly tour was cool, but personally the fluorescent plankton was a bit disappointing as I couldn't really see much other than a very dim glow. That said, I'm sure different times of year will impact how much glow there is to see. I definitely recommend booking with Mr Siva

        Best Tour Guide
This was one of the best city tours I have ever been on. Raja will give you a tour like nothing you have ever seen. He is rich in historical and cultural knowledge. He took the most amazing photographs of us at all the great sites and then sent them on to us by WhatsApp. What a wonderful man he was.

        Kuala Lumpur Tour
We enjoyed our Half Day Kuala Lumpur tour. We visited many sites including the Chinese Thean House Temple, Istana Negara (presidential palace), National Monument, and the Petronas Twin Towers. Having a private guide definitely was the way to go.

        Temper your expectations
Unfortunately It was more of the taxi ride than a tour . The information shared about the City was a minimum and only based on our questions , the driver even was a nice guy his English was very limited and was absolutely not a guide in pure meaning of the word. I did already such tours in other places in the world and I have to admit this one was the lowest quality.

        A tremendous learning experience!
We spent time in an historic city so on the way to Mallaca and returning, we spent a lot of time discussing the history of SE Asia over many hundreds of years. Maran was excellent and knows so much about ensuring the customer has the best experience possible… and I did, recommend to others!!

Not as bad as you might think
After reading the reviews I was dreading this flight. Boarding was easy as was online booking in. The staff we super attentive. Snakes and a drink when we boarded then main meal with breakfast before we landed. Paid for extra leg room, definitely worth it. Will fly again

A Tour to remember for Ages
Our driver/guide Sankaran was simply the best. He was very knowledgeable & informative without boring us with too many details. We knew we booked a small group but it was only my Wife & I. Sankaran firstly took us to the hot Springs & yes they were hot, very hot. Apart from the 2 foot pools you don't immerse yourself in the pools, they're dark too hot. The locals give you a bucket to fill & you put the hands into or if you're really game pour it over yourself. Next we went upto the Batu Caves, be warned there's over 300 steps, & they're steep. The temple was very impressive but unfortunately I'd say the Tourists leave the surrounding areas littered with rubbish. Bewarned of the monkeys in the cave, they can get quite aggressive in search of food and tourists are concealing in pockets etc. Sankaran then took us to a local Indian food outlet. I was a little dubious of eating local foods but the dishes were delicious & safe to eat. We then went to a Batic outlet where we learned how they create hand painted sink scarves & apparel. Very interesting. This was followed by a fascinating tour of Royal Salanger Pewter factory & showroom of their vast display of items produced. Thanks again Sankaran, today was one of the very few tours we will remember with very fond memories.

        nice tour
The driver was excellent and very nice. 司机非常和善,服务非常好。 Short AND impressive tour in the city. 时间很短,但是这个路线非常精华。 I would like to come again AND know more about this country. 我希望能再来这里,进一步了解这个国家的文化。 Malaysia is a strongly recommended place to visit. 马来西亚值得推荐。 谢谢!

        Amazing private tour
This is a private tour without guide. Our driver Aris was amazing. He not only drove us to the monuments but also told us so many interesting things about the places and and history of Malaysia. Thank you so much, Aris!

        Very nice tour
Rayhan, the guide picked on time and he had lots of knowledge. In my opinion there was enough time without any rush. Recommended!

        Lousy experience and bad airconditioing
The place has hardly any sea-life and is very over-rated. The animals are in very small enclosures which must be uncomfortable for them. There is hardly any space in between the exhibits for people to walk and the air-conditioning does not work so its always quite hot inside. Please miss this 'attraction' and save your money.

The guide, Danny, was terrific. He knew the history of Malaysia and described many sights along the way to the Cultural Center.
