We were picked up at our hotel, taken to a nearby dam where our lovely guides met us. Then we continued on boat, cruising between wonderful jungle hills. Our first stop was a local village. It was a 5-10 minute walk uphill through the jungle on stairs made out of bamboo, roots and mud to the village on the top. The sight from there was breathtaking. After that we continued on the river until we reached the starting point of our main hike (no longer than 4,5 kilometers altogether). Lots of uphill-downhill on a path, beautiful waterfalls, river, locals harvesting wild rice, hanging bridges made out of bamboo. The main waterfall at the end is impossible to describe with words. Also, bathing under a waterfall, washing down all that jungle sweat and mud, easily one of the best experiences of my life! After the hike we had the chance to try homecooked traditional cuisine, which is a must-have! I doubt I'll ever forget this amazing adventure.

Fantastic jungle walk to see 2 lots of waterfalls.
Excellent tour guide.
Boat ride on the lake to the jungle walk starting point. Great walk, crossing over many bamboo bridges, and many stairs to climb to reach the waterfalls, but this was not difficult just need suitable footware.
Waterfalls are beautiful.
Headed back down through the jungle, on the boat to the old village ( now used for tourist overnight stays).
Our other guide had made us a huge traditional Malaysian feast. Could have stayed there longer and just relaxed high up looking at the lake.
Then boat trip back over the lake to the Dam, where we were dropped off, and then taken back to our hotel.
Excellent day tour.
