- mrdhiyabi960 contributionsMust DoFor a relatively small fee, the tour takes you around to the main attractions in Medina with an audio guide that explains pretty much everything there's to know about Saudi Arabia and Medina. A must if you want to go to Qabaa Mosque and the ancient locations of the Prophet's PBUH battles.Written 24 November 2023

- Joanne D0 contributionsSan Antonio Hop On Hop Off BusWe rode on a few different buses and our favorite driver was Kat (Kathrine). Having a very knowledgeable and safe driver made our trips enjoyable!! We are from MO (the show me state)and when we are in a new place for the first time it’s nice having people who go out of their way to “show us” the ropes around town!! Thanks Kat for all you do!!Written 11 March 2020
- mariams3720 contributionsTour in islamic historyBus charges 80 riyals per person, starting point is right in front of the mosque. The bus pass lasts for 24 hours and bus has free wifi too! Plenty of religious stops, markets like the dates market and a huge shopping centre on the outskirts of madinah, also shows you a bit of the current political offices highlighting with the ottoman history- a touch that i really liked. In my pics please find the list of stops. I do appreciated that the bus is not always on time but there are prayer breaks and there is obviously the traffic of pilgrims. I was disappointed that the museum was not open on the day OR possibly the signs on the roads did not point clearly to the museum. Overall a good effort especially for younger pilgrims who get a good tour in islamic history.Written 21 December 2019
- Zubeir T0 contributionsBe careful of the advertised bus times! These types of buses are very common and run in most cities around the world. You know what to expect, and when they say 'runs every 30 minutes' you expect it to run every 30 minutes ALL DAY (or most of the day). But for some bizarre reason, they failed to tell us that they have a huge break in the middle of the day (between 11:30 and 16:30) - see attached photo We thought these were the office opening hours (as it's posted on the booth) and it wasn't made clear when we got the last bus 11:30 and decided to get off at a stop. We were stranded in the midday sun at one of the stops and had to take a taxi to get back to our destination. If the buses were in-fact every 30 minutes then this would a great opportunity to see all the sites. We didn't get off the second time we used the buses (the ticket lasts for 24hrs), in fear of being stranded again(!) so maybe they are every 30 minutes but would you risk it?Written 5 September 2019
- 734SBab0 contributionsFalse advertising. The buses DO NOT run every 30 minutes as advertised. We got off at the stop in Uhud. Set a timer for 25 minutes. We arrived at the bus stop with about a minute to spare in our timer (6 minutes prior to the next scheduled bus arrival). We had to wait more than a hour at the bus stop for next bus. That is not every 30 minutes, that is every 90 minutes.Written 31 July 2019
- Dr_Adi_E0 contributionsWrong timing bad staff behaviorDrivers drove crazy and fight with cars on street. Wrong timing and midday un-announced long (>2 hr) break.Written 7 April 2019
- Kizomama K0 contributionsHop- on busYou can see different sites using this mode of transportation. It costs SR 80 good for 24 hours. Good for novice or first time visitors who don’t have guides. There are good buses available as anyone can observed or experienced.Written 21 December 2018
- Kareemhatim0 contributionsTerrible experience from the startVery chaotic and unorganized queue before even hopping on the bus, after waiting for almost 30 minutes in the queue. - rasyidhanafiah0 contributionsslightly chaotic if buying ticket online. We bought tickets through viator website when we were still in Makkah, we hoped to get on the bus early enough so we can pray Dzuhr at masjid Quba. As we were travelling and we did not bring our printer with us, we hoped that showing our confirmation through our smartphone would be enough. We were dissapointed, as we approached the ticket office (language barrier also a factor), I showed them the email, they refused our ticket. We insisted that we have paid £54 for us (family of 4) online and we should have been given a ticket. After an hour, one of the staff took initiative to call his supervisor, we explained what we did, how we bought the ticket, and the type of card that we use to buy it online, the man on the other side of the phone agreed to release 4 tickets. By the time we hop on the bus, it was too late. We could not reach Masjid Quba on time for Dzuhr.Written 22 February 2018

Just an average trip. The buses are in good condition. Touches all points. The only drawback is the timings. The buses are not on schedule. They all claim every 30mins but it takes them 1hour or more just to arrive. Maximum people don’t hop off on the route. Everyone wants to get down at Masjid Quba only.

Must try tour when you are Madinah as one time life experience. Covering 10-12 places during tour. During summer time better avoid day time. 80/- SR per person

It goes through the important monuments but the narration is all bragging about the investments made and advertising for shopping. I did not feel it was about the religious part I wanted to hear. Over and above, it's very expensive and not worth it. 80 riyals is a lot. Easily book a local tour and bargain for less.

Was the bad tour in medina it's expensive and the people who work in this tour they are not helpful they have bad mode.
When you stop at any point then want to go back to the bus to continue your tour you will take around 1 hour to next bus come to you, they mention every stop point the bus will come to this point every 30 min that's NOT TRUE be careful!!!!
One more thing the capacity of bus is 30 person and the driver he allowed for 50 person get into bus and there is no safety tools.
Please upgrade or develop the service.

The bus stopes in main point of the city, it’s cost around 80 Ryal pp , it’s not that expensive and there is in totat 14 stops (for the moment only 12 ) so you can hop out and visit the places. The bus is 24hr and it will come every 30 mins however when is prayer time it will come late. The ticket you can buy near masjid al Nabawai , its open after Fajar until Dhur then after asar until late night. The ticket had validity fro 24hrs, so example if u buy 4 pm today il will be valid until 4 pm tomorrow.

My experience was disappointing. The bus was frequently stuck in traffic during most of the trip, and we ended up passing the same sights multiple times. The commentary didn't align well with the locations, and the information provided could have been more informative and valuable. Furthermore, the cost was 80 riyals per passenger, and the ticket was valid for 24 hours.

On the Booking page on the website is a message stating clearly that Stops 2 and 3 are not working (see screenshot attached). No mention of Stop 9. So we waited a long time at Stop 9 to start our tour. Then I phoned the number provided on the bus stop, only to be told that Stop 9 is not working. We do not have time to get to any other stop tonight. It was suggested we go to Stop 8 or 10, but we do not have time. Do not give this company your money before establishing that the buses are operating as advertised. First one-star review we have ever had to write.

Complete throw away of money. The audio system doesn’t work. I tested it from multiple seats. Even when a lone voice does come, it doesn’t represent the story of where the bus is going through rendering one completely confused. The stops are quite far away from actual landmarks. Not worth it all , please spend your money somewhere else
