We will meet you at our traditional wooden house in the Gion neighbourhood (next to the Yasaka Pagoda) and after a welcome drink and short introduction to your tools, your chef and your menu, we will start cooking! We will begin by learning about the professional grade tools we will use to prep our vegetables before moving on to make hand made noodles and a special marinade we will use throughout the class.
Next, we will move on to learning about the delicate blend of ingredients required to create miso ramen soup, which will complete together before preparing a spicy salad and getting our chicken on the fire! Our meals will soon be ready so it will now be time mix yourself a local fruit cocktail and tuck in! You can leave the clean up to us, and head on your way through our beautiful neighbourhood with full stomachs and great memories!
