Vikram made this tour very special. A highly knowledgeable and friendly man. He made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had the best day we could.
The monkey's at Kuala Selangor were very friendly and a truly amazing sight. Dinner afterwards was tasty, fresh and lovely! Nice and spicy!
For the fireflys we had our own boat and the guide got us as close as he could and it was a spectacular sight to behold.
All in all a wonderful trip and thanks again to Mr. Vikram. I wish I could give him 6 stars!

We booked a trip to the fireflies farm with Nantha. Before the farm we had a really nice dinner at the river with sunset. Nantha was a really nice guide. He told us a lot of interesting things during the drive. He organised everything nice and was always on time.

We all enjoyed our trip with Harry our tour guide. The food at the fishing village was good and the fireflies were amazing to see.

Tourist trap. Our guide basically talked on his phone the entire time, he barely walked more than 5 feet from his car and just gave vague directions on what we were to do at each stop before just getting back into the car and waiting for us. The food we got was generic enough stuff and it also looked like the cheapest spot on the riverside. The fireflies were cool but the pictures shown are not the experience you get. Not worth 90 dollars pp. Would of accepted if I had spent 40 dollar's pp. Wouldn't recommend using this tour to see the fireflies but they themselves are a cool experience. Shame about our guide and the price we paid.

Great tour, including monkey encounter and very tasty seafood dinner - I even didn't knew there are such creatures as prawn mantis before :-) Firefly tour itself, though short, is a unique experience - small rowing boat, river in near darkness, silence and pulsing little lights. Also Mr Ganesh, our guide and driver, was kind and friendly, organizing our trip very smoothly. He even took a lot of pictures of us, sharing them via WhatsApp. Car was comfortable and clean. We definitely can recommend this tour.

I went on this tour today and had the pleasure of Vikram as my guide. This was indeed a solo one to one private adventure that was not only intimate in nature but professional in every regard. Vilram as a person is a very friendly and sincere man. We learnt a lot about each other on a personal level during the drives. He takes the time to listen to his guests and try relate to them as much as possible. The food and monkey experience were excellent choices. I was lucky to be the first boat towards the fireflies both an enchanting and peaceful experience in the night across the shore. I would highly recommemd this tour and vikram especially. I feel like i know this gentleman for a very long time already. He deserves 6 not 5 stars. God bless

We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Ganesh. He was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. The seafood dinner was excellent, good authentic speciality food and some great first time tries!
Our tour was relaxed and flexible, and we were able to opt in or out of extra stops on the way and learn a lot about the culture and people of Kuala Lumpur.
Seeing the fireflies was a magical and amazing experience, would highly recommend this trip!

It was a one in a life time oportunity to see and tuch these wonderful creatures. The guide was very friendly and the dining place, out in the country side, gave an overview of the real malaisian life! Highly recommend this tour to everyone!

The cute monkeys, the amazing food, the gorgeous fireflies and than an unexpected stop at the Indian temple to top it all off.
Our tour guide Wikram (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was really nice and even helped us with taking pictures! He took care of everything and made our last day in KL very special.

We arranged to do this tour through the hotel and had a driver just for the two of us. The driver spoke excellent English and stopped on the way to visit the silver monkeys. This turned out to be the highlight of the trip as the monkeys really were friendly and happy to let you touch them as well as sit on your shoulder. We moved on to a good seafood meal including prawns and crab before boarding our boat to see the fireflies. These were truly amazing and made the river look like Christmas trees. The fact that they don't photograph well unless you are a top cameraman with great equipment meant that you sat back and enjoyed the experience.

My father had a stroke and can only walk for a short while, he can also climb a few steps and sit upright long enough.
Is the firefly tour ok for him? And what is the most physically demanding part? Thanks.
