Next comes the Petronas Twin Towers, an icon of the city that were once the world’s tallest buildings. Stop by at the Lake Gardens, pause at the National Museum, and then admire the ornate Kuala Lumpur Railway Station. Reasonable and efficient
It’s really just a driver service for the day to drive you to the main attractions in the city but it’s great value for the price and efficient. The driver drove us to the spots in a different order which was fine but then tried to skip out on the Thean Hou Temple and we had to insist on it as we really want to see it. But if we weren’t paying attention and didn’t ask, we would have missed out on it. Otherwise, it was generally good and reasonably priced for what you get.

Great tour, great guide
It was great to see places though some restrictions. It was perfect to go on a weekday as we heard from the guide that weekends are packed and won’t be enjoyable as much. Raja was our tour guide and beyond the vast knowledge he had about history, places and everything else you would enjoy learning, he was humble and very helpful. Great guy and a great tour that would take you around 3 hours.

Great way to see Kuala Lumpur

I found this tour a great way to see some of the historical monuments and places of interests in a large city like Kuala Lumpur. I was able to decide which places I was most interested in, so the tour was tailored to me. The tour guide/driver was good, although I would have liked a bit more background historical information at some of the stops.

Fantastic day in Kuala Lumpur with Raja!

We had the most fantastic time with Raja as our guide. He told us all about the history of Malaysia and so many details about the different places we visited. We went everywhere and more on the itinerary, and he made sure we spent enough time at each place and even took photos of us. The best tour guide and best value tour that we’ve ever had. Thanks for a great half day Raja!

Amazing tour guide and driver!

I am Valentina from Argentina. I went on a tour city this past Saturday 29 at 2 pm and the driver took me and another woman for incredible sightseeing (I cannot remember his name but he was amazing, very kind, patient, and he knew a lot about Malaysia). I would totally recommend him!

Not a tour but overpriced taxi service
It is not a tour, it is an overpriced taxi service. I had a short layover and wanted to have a guide.
The driver Romy was nice but with very limited English. When I realized that it will be no tour, I asked him to take me to the airport, and he said “no problem” since it was well within 4 hours of the time he is supposed to spend with me. Later on he decided that he want to charge me 30USD for this.
It was not worth of 85USD I paid for this “tour”. Taxi would be much cheaper. And I missed an opportunity to see the sites with the real guide.

Hi,Thank you for your value review. We understand your frustration because of you book the wrong tour with us. This tour we designed for travellers who start tour from kuala Lumpur city centre. Unfortunately you supposed to book Kuala Lumpur Transit or Layover tour from Airport. We was clearly send you messages as well we asked if you can pay additional, where we can pick-up and drop-off from Airport. ( since Airport located at 70KM away / per way) Since you was not agreed, we asked to meet at the our meeting point. Also regarding driver,he have good experience and speak English. Location where we agreed on itinerary was covered. We understand, all the time we cannot make everyone happy and we will do our best for make as much as we can. Our charges are very reasonable for private tour and its not a taxi service, during tour we will bring to all the major sightseeing at kuala lumpur. We recive refund reqwest from you after used our service and still we was accommodate your reqwest and did the partially refund to make you in comfortable zone even, its not a mistake from our side. Next time, before book any tour, please read the itinerary and meeting points to avoid and misunderstand. My take on this tour

Nice and courteous driver with good air conditioned car.
Driver with limited English but not a guide. Cheap tour, but you must read about the places visited as the driver information are very limited. Our tour was less than 3 hours. Total in the car 4 people. Perhaps a larger number of tourist will provide a better guidance. The tour is very good bargain given the places visited.

Waste of time and money

Total waste of time and money. It says the tour is 3.5 hours but it was actually less than 2 hours. Everything was done in a rush. The driver just stayed inside the van and did not tell us anything about the places we visited.

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding your Tour with us, we take these situations very seriously indeed. I am assuming that you Tour was on 19th Feb 2018 and we cannot find your booking details under your name, I would appreciate it, if you could contact us directly with your booking number with travel date and booking name so that we can investigate this immediately. We have not had any record for 19th February 2018. Regarding your comment on our Tour Duration & Driver, we are make sure to conduct our all tours as per package we agreed, once we receive details from your end we do further investigate and check our driver log book on it. If such a case we are not agreed shorten the tour with rush. I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the Tour, to ensure that our guest leave us feeling happy. Please do contact us so that we can make you feel better regarding you bad experience with us. If we found that there is mistake from our end we are make sure refund full payment of this tour to your given account.(We need your booking no / travel date / guest name )

Decent tour

Decent tour, took us to a few different places that we would not have gone to otherwise.

However, the "tour guide" was really just a driver for us and not really a guide. He was very pleasant but didn't give us any information or background into any of the sites that we visited. This would have made the tour worthwhile for me.

Driver was late even when there were only 2 of us
Driver was late and there was no proper coordination. I was not contacted until I called them. Also did not have the chance to visit Petronas towers during the tour. This was very informative however.
