A Tour to remember for Ages
Our driver/guide Sankaran was simply the best. He was very knowledgeable & informative without boring us with too many details. We knew we booked a small group but it was only my Wife & I. Sankaran firstly took us to the hot Springs & yes they were hot, very hot. Apart from the 2 foot pools you don't immerse yourself in the pools, they're dark too hot. The locals give you a bucket to fill & you put the hands into or if you're really game pour it over yourself. Next we went upto the Batu Caves, be warned there's over 300 steps, & they're steep. The temple was very impressive but unfortunately I'd say the Tourists leave the surrounding areas littered with rubbish. Bewarned of the monkeys in the cave, they can get quite aggressive in search of food and tourists are concealing in pockets etc. Sankaran then took us to a local Indian food outlet. I was a little dubious of eating local foods but the dishes were delicious & safe to eat. We then went to a Batic outlet where we learned how they create hand painted sink scarves & apparel. Very interesting. This was followed by a fascinating tour of Royal Salanger Pewter factory & showroom of their vast display of items produced. Thanks again Sankaran, today was one of the very few tours we will remember with very fond memories.

        nice tour
The driver was excellent and very nice. 司机非常和善,服务非常好。 Short AND impressive tour in the city. 时间很短,但是这个路线非常精华。 I would like to come again AND know more about this country. 我希望能再来这里,进一步了解这个国家的文化。 Malaysia is a strongly recommended place to visit. 马来西亚值得推荐。 谢谢!

        Amazing private tour
This is a private tour without guide. Our driver Aris was amazing. He not only drove us to the monuments but also told us so many interesting things about the places and and history of Malaysia. Thank you so much, Aris!

Rayhan, the guide picked on time and he had lots of knowledge. In my opinion there was enough time without any rush. Recommended!

        Lousy experience and bad airconditioing
The place has hardly any sea-life and is very over-rated. The animals are in very small enclosures which must be uncomfortable for them. There is hardly any space in between the exhibits for people to walk and the air-conditioning does not work so its always quite hot inside. Please miss this 'attraction' and save your money.

Visit at Batu Caves & Cameron Highlands
A nice trip with an excellent guide and driver. A lot of things to do and see. Sometimes the traffic can be busy but it's worthy.

        Interesting trip
We visited the elephant sanctuary from KL. Lawrence picked us up promptly and enhanced the tour with local knowledge along the way and interesting pit stops such as the hot springs and palm oil plantation.

        Short and sweet
We arrived here from the port on a cruise ship, and fortunately I had already made this booking because the recruiters in the port were annoying. Moreover, our guide was quite late, which made us doubt whether she would show up, but that turned out to be okay. There is not much to see here, but our guide made it a beautiful and educational day.

Great private tour of Kuala Lumpur.
Great personalised tour conducted by our friendly guide, Aris. Took in lots of sights, from the slightly chaotic Chinatown market to the spectacular Petronas Towers. Caught up in severe traffic congestion on the way to Chinese temple, due to Chinese new year celebration but Aris worked an hour past his scheduled finish time to make sure that we caught all the sights on the programme, which was much appreciated.

        Unreliable tour operator
The tour operator Asni Travels did not show up or respond after repeated messages and phone calls. Wasted a lot of precious time as I had to make alternative at the last minute.

        The buzz of Batu
Trip just couldn’t be any better! The guide Rayhan Raj Naidu was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable with excellent English. The Batu Caves were fabulous, atmospheric and a real buzz about the place. The macaques were naughty but just added to the experience. And the batik and pewter visits were so informative and interesting. A brilliant tour. Thanks Rayhan!

        This trip is a must
Our guide Julien was brilliant. Although it’s advertised as a 2 hour trip he contacted us through WhatsApp to advise a pick up time from our hotel to make sure we actually got 2 hours at the Orangutan reserve. The information he imparted to us on the 40 minute journey both there and back was very informative. Once we got to the reserve he led us to the best places to stand and he was taking photos all the time we were there with the Orangutans in the back ground. We were very fortunate and got to see 5 orangutans in total on this trip. We thoroughly recommend this trip.

Mr. Rajan not only acted as a driver, indeed a friendly guide. He told us the history and culture of Malaysia during the drive. We love durian, he found and stopped the car near a road side durian shop for us to taste it. He didn’t mind waiting, but cared about how much we enjoy it.

When we arrived at our first destination, monkey feeding, he told us not to be scared when a black monkey climbs on your shoulder, because they are very friendly, etc etc. Then we went for the eagle feeding. Tens of eagles caught fishes close the boat. Then Rajan introduced a nearby restaurant to us for dinner at a reasonable price, the food is good! Finally we've the boat trip to firefly seeing. It was amazing, although a little bit short.

Overall the trip is great, and Mr. Rajan is great, thanks.

We did the private tour for the firefly boat and dinner and had the best time. On the way to Kuala Selangor we stopped at Istana Negara for photos and were just in awe of the palace. We also stopped at a temple along the way which has intricate carvings and was another great photo spot. Our guide, Aris, was knowledgeable and a lot of fun to talk with. We also made a stop to see the lighthouse and the monkeys and that was the highlight of the trip for us. He stopped for us to get mosquito repellent as well since we didn’t have any. The dinner was delicious and Aris ordered for us (we aren’t picky eaters) and we had seafood fried rice, vegetables, prawns (our favorite thing), fish and an omelette. We also purchased the blue tears tickets while we were there. The boat took us first to the fireflies and then to blue tears. We had light rain jackets which were nice for the boat ride. It was a lot of fun in a pretty fast boat in the dark. The blue tears weren’t very bright this night but we still did see a bit. Afterwards Aris took us back to our hotel. Overall this was an amazing day and we have zero complaints.

It was great to book with private tour as we can spend more time at each tourist spots and no need to rush. Also driver explained many things about Malaysian culture. Tour included going to some places such as Muslim palace and Hindu temple.

Probably because of the weather we couldn't see that much fireflies, but bioluminescence water was incredibly beautiful. (Too dark to take picture, enjoy with your eyes!) All the procedure from booking to coming back to hotel were all very smooth. Something good to try when you are in KL!

Great trip to see fireflies. William was our guide. He did a great job giving us information. There were only four on the tour, two groups of two. Unfortunately it was too late in the day to see the lighthouse, but the stop to feed the monkeys was fun. You have to be careful, but the guide gives plenty of info and he and the food sellers watch out for the guests. Boat ride was not too crowded. Good and dark and we did get to see quite a number of fireflies in the trees. They really do make it look like a Christmas tree. Not too far from Kuala Lumpur and worth the trip. It's a unique experience you don't find many other places if at all.

Our guide Muhammad was great, really making the trip. The temple was nice although similar to most other Hindu temples although unusually it wasn't painted.

Next was a tractor ride up a hill to see/feed the monkeys. They climbed all over us to get to the food but I enjoyed this far more than I expected as they were more cute than aggressive.

Next was a fantastic meal, really tasty and far more than we could eat.

Next the Fireflies. Not what I expected , actually better. Millions of them as we slowly drifted about 1m away from the trees.

The trip was supposed to end with this but Muhammad went out of his way to take us to see the Royal Palace and the the River of Life. We got there as the display started and was far more impressive than during daylight hours.

The trip was amazing and will remain unforgettable. Our guide Aris was very friendly, told us much about the country and culture of Malaysia and assisted us perfectly during our trip. Aris will also remain in our memorie.
We saw fireflies, eagles and blue tears. It was very beautiful. We stoped at a monkeys hill and feeded them. This was very impresive and cute, the mokeys climbed at us for food.

The temple (Shakti Goddess) on the way is in isolation nearby oil plantation. It has south Indian intricate design full of deities. The next visit was a lighthouse on a hill overlooking the sea. The view was great as it was dawning. It followed monkey feed and sea food dinner. The food was ok, had to top up with Chilli Crab to make it real sea food. It was way expensive in a fishing village in an out post. The boat ride was good but not the view of the fireflies. May be its recommended in a dark night!

This outing far exceeded our expectation. Razuan provided a safe and informative trip filled with gentle interactions with local monkeys, a great boat viewing of feeding eagles and water monitors, and, as promised, thousands of fire flies (lightning bugs). We also had a delicious seafood dinner as we viewed the setting sun. Please note, the eagles were a add on to our trip. We paid about $10 each. Well worth it!
