We booked our half day tour with Ali through Park Royal Hotel. His company was Metro travel and tours. He and the driver were simply excellent, the enthusiasm and depth of knowledge was great. It covered the history, layout and shopping etc. An excellent orientation to our stay.

This tour was a blast. Our tourguide Abdul was very friendly, on time and he had a huge car only for us. He took us to a lot of interesting places and he told us a lot about Malysia, it‘s people and the culture! I would recommend to do it for everyone who would like to experience a lot from KL in a very short time frame and in a most comfortable way (private driver :-)

We only had a day in KL and so thought a half day tour would be a way to see the key sights.
Really, the tour provided little more than a driver for 3 hours. Although we were taken to the various sights mentioned, once arrived we were left pretty much on our own. I would have expected the guide to accompany us and explain a little about the various attractions, but this didn’t happen.
Overall, a useful taxi service, but that’s about it.

Dear Sir,
Firstly thank you for your feedback, but your review seems to be misleading. You have been informed earlier that this is a driver guided tour. The driver will explain about each spots but wont be walking with you due to parking issues. We have also informed you that if you need Licensed Tour Guide it can be arranged with a fee. They will give you indept info and be walking with you everywhere you go. But you choose the first option and later complaint that the driver didnt accompany you.
To accuse us as a taxi service is unacceptable as we have been receiving great comments for the same tour from hundreds of travelers. Thank you

Chris was a few minutes late in arriving for pick-up but redeemed himself as he had a good command of the English language, offered us an overview of what he was going to show us that day and took us directly to the KL Tower to avoid lines later in the day. He took us to the Petronas Towers and while the picture angle was good - I really wanted a shot from the sunny side - which he was happy to oblige. The Palace, while I suppose part of the obligatory tour was not that exciting but not too far out of the way, either. Enjoyable day - I recommend Chris for a good tour of Kuala Lumpur.

We had a great time. The tour was amazing. All the spots to be covered in the itinerary were covered . Our guide was quite aware and also ready to explain the history , culture of Malaysia in detail. We were really impressed and also satisfied with the entire experience.
