Good Part & Bad Part
This review has two parts:

Organisers: No issues with the team they will keep you in loop with tickets and will deliver them on time. Also find the staff really helpful and responsive.

Petronas: IMO petronas visit is not worth it if you’ve visited any other skyscrapers as the view is not that good also very small time. Won’t recommend if you have visited any skyscrapers before.

Worth it! And should pre-book in advance!
I had a very nice experience going to the top of the tower. The process was very smooth. The signage to find the tower experience is lacking in the mall. I had to ask a few times to find the right place. But the experience up at the top was worth it. We went at 5:15 and the sun was starting to set so the pictures were beautiful.

Seamless
The whole process was seamless. The agent Balu came to the hotel to deliver the tickets. At the Petronis Twin towers, we queued up fifteen minutes before entry time. Everything went in clockwise precision. The time allotted at each level.was maintained by the group and the groups were kept small. A wonderful experience.

Rip off. Avoid
Not clear that tickets would be dropped at hotel. When we arrived realised that buying tickets directly was half the price. Ended up not being able to use these tickets - no wonder the vendor doesn’t allow cancellations

Very unhappy customer
I bought two tickets for my daughter and I in July, 3 days in advance. The tickets were not delivered to our hotel 24hrs in advance, and were delivered to the hotel with less than 10hours, before our allotted time. As we had left our hotel for the day, we thought the e-vouchers issued would let us in. They didn’t. Helpful twin tower staff tried to contact the company, but no answer outside of business hours. We had to buy new tickets for another day. I have made contact with the company seeking a refund and they said they needed to investigate and get back to me. 2 months later still no response or action, so I am now providing this feedback based on my experience. Worth noting that tickets are actually cheaper to buy direct from the Twin Towers, and then there is no risk of not getting your tickets in time.

Scam - Absolute fraud - beware !
Guys this is an absolute fraud Don’t book to save the hassle and the money. It’s a scam, surprised a company like viator backed this reseller. I was charged yesterday and today when I called since my tickets didn’t get delivered , some called Mr Babu from yettosee travels said someone from my hotel who had access to the booking Id had cancelled my reservation and said I didn’t care about my money even if was non cancelable. Now Since the booking was made by myself and not the hotel they couldn’t have my booking id as No one expect myself had it. I confirmed from hotel concierge and manager and they denied having done so.
They probably sold the same ticket multiple times.

Please save your money and avoid the mistake I made by going with them.

Also request tripadvisor to be careful of who they list and not get scammers here.

We prepurchased tickets and were able to avoid any waiting in queues. It was a wonderful experience with not only visiting the sky bridge but then going up to the 82nd, I think, floor. Amazing views of KL. Would recommend this outing. You can then enjoy the KLCC gardens afterwards.

Do not use this company!! They advertise and then confirm dates and times of tickets that are simply not available. It is dishonest. My family had a date and time confirmed weeks in advance and then on arrival to collect the tickets we were told that our expected time slot was not available and the tickets were for later in the day. We could not visit at the later time due to having to catch a flight out of KL. How can Trip Adviser continue to advertise tickets through this company?? Do not use them if you need a time and date guaranteed.
