    Ayyanar was so friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about Malaysia. We had a fantastic tour and would definitely recommend Ayyanar as your guide. 10/10!

    A great morning tour - would highly recommend!
    We had such a great morning with our guide, Vera, visiting the Batu caves, the mosque and Chinese temple. Vera was knowledgeable and very relaxed, which made the tour very enjoyable. We also stopped at some extra spots, including a Batik craft workshop and Central Market. Really good fun!

    I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting KL. Segar was a brilliant guide telling us everything we needed to know about KL and brought us around the city to all the major tourist attractions. 10/10 would recommend

    Nice trip, nice driver
    We went for a trip to see the Taman Negara National Park in the jungle. Walking through the jungle was very fascinating, we had a great tour and saw a lot of nice things, we even could visit some native people living in the jungle! Our driver MJ did a perfect job. While the 3 hours drive into the jungle, we had a nice chat with him with a lot of laughing. MJ was very friendly, amenable & courteous. On the ride back home there was a giant traffic jam, so the drive back took us 6 hours instead of 3. Even though we were on the road for so long, we had a nice time inside the car with MJ. It was also his birthday and he had to work, but he wasn't mad or hectic at all. We were chatting nicely and laughed a lot, making the best of the situation. When we arrived in Kuala Lumpur, we saw the Petronas Twin Towers, shining bright and pretty and we adored them. Even though it was his birthday and we were on the road for so long (and his family had to have dinner without him), he offered us to go there in order to take some nice pictures, before heading to the hotel. After that, he even drove us to another very nice building (which I don't know the name of) to take some pictures. After that, he drove us to the Hotel. It was a very pleasant ride & we had a good time with MJ. We can recommend him to everyone who wants to make a tour in or around the city of Kuala Lumpur.

    Very Long trip , Beautiful place Buy not worth spending a full day
    Nice place but the driving from KL was 4 hours in each direction. Not worth a full day, we were picked up at 6 am and returned 20:30

    A wonderful iternary. Visited BATU caves and Strawberry farm on the way to cable car station. Guide was very informative and friendly.

    Great half day out seeing the sites of Kuala Lumpur on 20th Sept with friends and Jay our driver. Jay was a great driver who was able to tell us about the interesting culture/history and answer our many questions about the sites we visited.Jay had a great sense of humour making our time together enjoyable. The towers definitely are about the experience and the production they’ve put into organizing it.

You need to buy tickets for specific time slots, and you are warned not to be late. We got there just on time, but the line was long. It wasn’t an issue, it seems as long as you’re within a reasonable timeline it’s okay.

Given the heavy rain the towers and mall were a good combo.

Terrible - I was on a cruise but got a message to say technical problems and they would deliver tickets to my hotel? had to go onto mobile roaming on the coach from ship to KL to contact them through WhatsApp and it cost me nearly £80 in roaming charges!! Towers were quiet and I would have been cheaper buying on the day. Think they sent some one early just to buy tickets on the day then try and deliver to person. Towers themselves were impressive

They only let you in at the time you book. Bit of a shame, we got there early. But the tour was well organised. The views fantastic, you go to 83. Chances to buy their stuff, not hideously priced, but we gave the a miss, think they’d sell more if they dropped the photo prices, especially because they print them all !!!
Definitely recommend , a must in Kuala Lumpur

Don’t Arrive Late For Your Tour
We arrived 30 minutes late and were not able to take the building tour. The guy who sold us tickets online tried to help and was able to negotiate a way for us to tour at a later time. The new tour time offered did not leave us enough time to catch our outbound flight so we were not able to use our non-refundable tickets. The guy was very helpful and allowed us to use his cell phone to schedule a Grab Car. I would book with him again. He provided great service and met us to hand off the tickets as he said he would. Just don’t be late for your reserved time slot. We tried to do the tour over an eight hour flight layover but with delays at Immigration it was not enough time. It would take at least a 10 hour layover and use of the express train to leave enough time to take the Petronas Tower tour between flights. We will try again next time.

Brought the fam gang to the Twin Towers and took amazing shots during our evening visits... Customer service was fantastic, friendly staffs, and they gave ample time to view outside from the peak of the towers.. Would love to visit again, just need to prebook otherwise you may not be able to buy tickets during walk-ins..

Fantastic end to a great trip

May 2019 - Myself and a couple of friends spent a few weeks in south-east Asia, Hanoi, Kuching and finally Kuala Lumpur. We only stayed a few days but we thought it would be nice to have a few days of style after staying in cheap hostels and cabins in the jungle!

There is a great shopping center underneath the towers - we visited here for a Nandos (yes they have Nandos) and to replace our stanky jungle clothes lol.

Ticket prices are very reasonable, there are no long waiting lines, stunning views from the top and there's a great gift shop on the way out!

Such an amazing experience I had with this tour it was my first international trip with my friend Initially we were little skeptical about it, but it was safe and we enjoyed a lot.

We were picked from Airport on time and were dropped at our wonderful 4 star hotel.
Daily pickups were scheduled on time and all attractions were given enough time to explore

Had a great time with this tour , I would suggest my friends as well for this.

And looking for some more trips with them.

Very well organised tour, staff friendly and willing to answer questions. The views are breathtaking, it's stunning how much you can see. It really is an amazingly engineered tower, when you see how they added the walkway... it's a bit eerie to walk across but completely safe.

It was OK.
Glad we did it but wouldn't do it again. The views are pretty. They dump you out into a room where you are pressured into buying green screen pictures of yourself for $40. They don't take you back down until enough people have bought them it would seem. We were up there in that little room for over 30 minutes while they tried to get us to buy.
