      Great intro to KK!
Amazing tour with a very experienced guide, full of interesting information and the right stops for a basic experience in this city. We've got to experience the best of the area with a couple of extra things we didn't plan for. Guide was very accommodating and made us feel safe and valued

      Beautiful evening
The temple was beautiful and the monkeys were friendly, loved the boat ride and the firefly. Our driver went out of his way to help.

it was a new experience to try it was so good but i thought it was a little bit expensive for the place because it wasn't so much big it cost me 70 RM and for me i will spend that much in langkawi for much more fun but overall good and clean place

Good ride on the boat but unhappy with how wildlife attractef
The boat trip was great but didn’t like the look of the fish farm with the captive Ray in one small area being man handled by all and sundry. It would have been good to have seen the eagles and kites without them being fed so frequently from the boats. Lunch was ok.

      Great tour!
We had a great tour with Geson. He was very informative and we got to drive to the top of Kek Loc Si! Unfortunately we didn’t get to do the Penang Hill because it was closed.

Amazing Nature, closeup eagles, great guide, fun captain.
We recently joined this mangrove tour in Langkawi and had a fantastic experience overall. The guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire journey both informative and enjoyable. Watching the eagles soar and dive up close was absolutely breathtaking — a true highlight of the trip. The captain clearly enjoyed navigating the boat, making the ride even more fun with his skillful and enthusiastic driving. The included meal was simple but good. However, we had some issues with the transportation service. We had to wait about an hour for pick-up at the start of the tour, and the return trip was delayed by an additional 20 minutes. This was a bit inconvenient and is the reason we are giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of a perfect score. Despite the minor transport hiccups, we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Langkawi!

Not worth the long drive !!!!
Dreadful driving throughout the trip. Tailgating at 140 kph is absurd and dangerous Still doing that speed in pouring rain must rate as suicidal Felt rushed throughout and I would question if the journey is worth the visit to the sanctuary. The knowledgeable ranger promised on the island hardly spoke at all and had to be asked questions before giving dubious answers. His overall knowledge seemed poor The trip to the cave gave insufficient time to really explore the whole temple having been told we must return in an hour but being urged to return quicker. We took our time and returned after an hour where upon the driver disappeared and left us hanging around for a further 30 minutes Think carefully before booking this trip it is not worth the money and if they all drive like our guide then someone will end up dead

      Terrible experience and tour-guide.
A tourist-trap. Tour is not well planned. No proper explanation of sites was given. The guide was biased to a few vendor shops that she wanted us to visit (for obvious reasons). The visits were rushed and mal-coordinated. She kept insisting on getting tips several times. She was also biased against Muslims and Muslim culture (she didn't know that we were Muslims ourselves). A terrible experience in my humble view. Find another company.

      Great driver
“Harry” was our driver. Very friendly, informative and a great guy. He would talk about things native to Malaysia as well answering our questions. Helpful with bags. Would highly recommend him gain.

      Skip this sad place.
The saddest place ever. The elephants are obviously under stress as they rhythmically bob and weave, they have nowhere to go dispite advertising 280 acres and everything is just in a small cage. The tiger looks like it’s bored to death and lives in a 40x30’ pen. This is awful. What zoos looked like in the US 30 years ago. Skip it.

The Chinese pagoda stop was well worth it!! Although on the way up, the stop was announced past the station. Surprised at all the shops on the top. Great! Would definitely recommend.

I recommend this tour to everyone who travels to Kuala Lumpur and who has a little time to get to know some points of interest referenced on the tour such as the Batu Caves, the natural puddles, the waterfalls and the pewter factory with the excellent Khanan guide. Khanan was very interactive and attentive to our group. We are free to visit any of the stops on the tour.

My friend and I did this tour during our stay in KL. Our personal guide for the day was Mr. Lawrence. He’s such a funny smart guide who made our day an absolute blast. He’s an easy going person and is willing to adjust the tour to your needs. Even though the itinerary is filled with interesting landmarks definitely worth visiting, I would say the highlight of our day was a lunch visit to a local Indian restaurant where you get to eat the food with your bare hands.

I was picked up by Lawrence and ended up getting a private tour. Right from the start, Lawrence shared information and history of Malaysia while letting me know about each stop coming up and what to expect. My safety and comfort was his top priority and something I truly appreciated traveling as a single female. The highlight for me were the caves and waterfalls. I was the only person swimming at one point and was worth every minute. The lunch included at the end was very special and something Lawrence has set up with a local Indian restaurant where you get to express banana leaf lunch, one of the best meals I've had during my visit. Thank you Lawrence!

We paid primary price expecting an exciting experience with an English speaking guide for this trip, but what we ended up having was basically having a local taxi driver with limited English drop us off at the sites. The driver was a nice person and friendly with limited English, definitely not an English speaking guide. We like the driver. Apparently the local agent cut corner and failed to deliver quality service. The driver told us the agent told him to finish in 4 hours when the trip clearly says 6 hours. We could have hired a Grab driver to drive us to those places for a quarter of the price of what we paid to trip advisor! We expect a 75% refund! If it’s not the driver was a nice person, the rating for this trip would have been even lower. Be aware of local agent who may cut corners!

This was the worst tour I have ever done. There was 3 adults squashed into a small budget old car and another 1 adult in the back for the whole day. It was very uncomfortable. Very inadequate. The hot springs were just in the middle of town and small not what I was expecting
It cost 4 MR to get in for the car. We went to the waterfalls only cost to get in was parking. No cost to get into the Caves. The pewter tour lady spoke so fast you couldn't understand anything she said. No lunch provided but given 50MR to get lunch for 2 which didn't cover it at 4pm which was too late
No water provided. No schedule. Not professional at all and we have been on many tours. This was not worth the money at all but I'm sure you made plenty. Won't be using you again.

Our driver/guide Sankaran was simply the best. He was very knowledgeable & informative without boring us with too many details.
We knew we booked a small group but it was only my Wife & I.
Sankaran firstly took us to the hot Springs & yes they were hot, very hot. Apart from the 2 foot pools you don't immerse yourself in the pools, they're dark too hot.
The locals give you a bucket to fill & you put the hands into or if you're really game pour it over yourself.
Next we went upto the Batu Caves, be warned there's over 300 steps, & they're steep. The temple was very impressive but unfortunately I'd say the Tourists leave the surrounding areas littered with rubbish. Bewarned of the monkeys in the cave, they can get quite aggressive in search of food and tourists are concealing in pockets etc.
Sankaran then took us to a local Indian food outlet. I was a little dubious of eating local foods but the dishes were delicious & safe to eat.
We then went to a Batic outlet where we learned how they create hand painted sink scarves & apparel. Very interesting.
This was followed by a fascinating tour of Royal Salanger Pewter factory & showroom of their vast display of items produced.
Thanks again Sankaran, today was one of the very few tours we will remember with very fond memories.

I had the pleasure of joining Kumar on a tour of Kuala Lumpur, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Kumar's knowledge of the city was impressive, and he shared fascinating insights into the history, culture, and architecture of Kuala Lumpur. He was also very friendly and approachable, making the tour enjoyable for everyone.
One of the highlights was Kumar's ability to provide a truly cultural experience. He took us to hidden gems that tourists often miss, and he explained the significance of various landmarks and traditions. I learned so much more about Kuala Lumpur than I ever expected.
I highly recommend Kumar as a tour guide. His passion for the city is evident, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have a memorable experience.

Our guide for the day, Mohd Khairy (Harry), was excellent - fun, chatty, informative and helpful. The tour at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre was surprisingly good (excellent in fact). Well worth a visit. The Malaysian Batik painting was also very interesting and you get to have a little go too. The Batu Caves and surrounding temples are stunning. The hot springs are HOT..... too much for some of our group, but others loved it. The waterfalls and swim (nice a cool this time) were fantastic - we could have spent a lot more time there quite easily. We were then taken for a light, but very tasty lunch nearby afterwards.

All in all, and excellent 6 of so hour tour and "Harry" is great.

Tip - don't book this at the weekend if you can avoid it. I can see how the Batu Caves, hot springs, and waterfalls would get very busy. We did this on a Tuesday, which was perfect.

Just do it yourself, this is a 'dive to' experience and from this trip the Batu caves and waterfalls were excellent, everything else was forgettable, unfortunately. The driver was a nice chap but I feel like I spent double what the tour was worth and sadly would only recommend it if you're cashed up and lazy 3/5. Sorry.
