TIP: After all these past few years the Terminal's Skytrain is still awaiting repair. It's embarrassing for such an international airport. You arrive and have to get on a steaming hot, sweaty and heaving bus to ferry you between terminals / arrivals. KLIA unlike its neighbour in Singapore is way behind. It's messy to check in and too many layers of security / immigtration - passport scanning, digital arrival card to fill in 2 days before arrival - face scanning - 2 index finger print scanning ..... and that was leaving KLIA ..... needs to improve and become less chaotic. Also it is getting shabby and dirty (especially the loo's) and not enough seating outside the departure gates.

Be aware ! When arriving into KLIA as you make your way through passport control there are some airport transfer stalls one of them is called FASEHA TRAVEL & TOURS one of the first one's you come across, this company charged us 230 RM (wanted 265) please don't use these as the fare should no more than 100 RM !!

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. We needed to change our pick up time with short notice and it was no problem. Both the company and our driver messaged us the morning of the tour and we were met with a big smile from Mr Ary on our arrival. He took us to Batu Caves, National Square, Old Railway Station, KL tower ( where we had time to go up and see the views over KL), Petronas twin towers, a batek house and Central Market. While we had very limited time due to the late arrival of our ship, we never felt rushed. Ary's english was excellent, photography skills awesome and he was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Would 100% do this tour again! Thank you so much Mr Ary!!

Our driver and guide, EPang, made our day! He is super patient and kind throughout the day to drive us from Port Klang to visit all the major tourist spots efficiently based on the traffic pattern in Kuala Lumpur (KL) on a busy Sat. Because of his optimization of the routes and time managment, we were able to visit all the sites and return to the ship in Port Klang on time. KL has been one of the highlights of our trip, thanks to EPang. We would definitely use his serive again if we visit KL in the future.

We had a wonderful day with Ary. He did great! We saw a lot of beautiful places and had much fun. By the way he did all the time lovely pictures of us. Thank you for this great time!

Driver was very good and so was KL. We tried to go up the towers and KL tower but the town was too busy because of Chinese New year.

Mr Saloko and the team are a class act - 100% reliable and trustworthy, we used them for a week touring out of KL and also booked previously for family to use - they made sure we felt looked after the whole time. Pantai Timur Raiders are the best!!

Rabin was an excellent driver and took us to many interesting places Temples mosques botanic gardens and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Got to_from airport, no problem. KUL is quite far from the city, and it was nice having bags handled by someone else, instead of lugging the bags around by myself on public transportation. Will definitely use again when back in this beautiful city! The best!

Everything went according to plan. Pick up was smooth and the drop off great. Plus the friendly driver (Saloko) was very helpful.

Saloko is the best tour operator I have found in Malaysia, with insight of everything and he do not require maps to navigate from one place to anyplace. Understand the cultural diversity and been very conscious of everyone views .

Best day out with Tour Guide Saloko . Thoroughly enjoyed his knowledge and his mannerisms of efficiency and service towards us . We went to the Batu Caves Experience and also the Gentland Highlands . 5stars

We visited Malacca’s highlights with our driver Ary who was really helpful and entertaining. We enjoyed the tour and the ride. The only minor flaw was the lunch which fell short of our expectations. The company is very reliable and flexible and did its best to meet our requests and changing plans. I can recommend it.

Overall trip was good. Vehicle, driver/guide (Mr.Wan) was very good, informative, supportive and kept us fully engaged with his conversation, good music throughout the journey. Unfortunate thing is we missed visiting lot of places listed in the itenary as there was heavy traffic on the hill and 3-4 hrs got wasted only in traffic. Even if there was no traffic, i believe it's not possible to cover all places listed in itenary on one day, though you can cover most. This has nothing to do with tour operator, so will definetly recommend for others
