I've travelled the world and enjoy taking day-long tours of new (for me) cities like Kuala Lumpur within the first week of my arrival. That way, I can comfortably see EVERYTHING there is to see (23 sites during this 8-hour tour), with an incredibly experienced Driver like SHIVA, and return to whichever site I want to visit on my own at a later date. ASK FOR SHIVA!!! He was very polite, spoke English very clearly, had a well air-conditioned car, had been personally giving this Tour for MANY YEARS, and knew everything there was to know about each and every site. I felt like British royalty. SHIVA allowed me to spend as much time as I personally wanted at each and every site and was ALWAYS waiting for me in his air-conditioned car at the front door of the site. I don't know how he pulled that off, but I never had to search for SHIVA when I had toured a site and was ready to go. He was waiting for me at the front door with a smile on his face. People stared at me wondering, "Who is this SPECIAL person getting chauffeur-driven, front-door treatment like this??" On top of the Tour, SHIVA offered to drive me home to my Airbnb 3 miles away from KL at no extra charge! WOW!!! Now THAT'S customer service!! TAKE THIS TOUR, and ask for SHIVA!!! It's worth your time and money!! :-)

The tour was very well organised. The communication was top notch and the whole trip was hassle free. Our driver, Mr. Stan was wonderful. He was very patient, funny and knowledgeable.

The driver who picked up us from the hotel was very professional, kind and told us a lot about the places of interest. The day's excursion was rich and interesting.

The guide was nice and helpful. He was on time for the pickup at the hotel. He gave good instructions on where to go and where to meet back up.

This tour was amazing! We spent good time at all the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Our tour guide and driver, Vishnu was patient, helpful and respectful throughout which was important for me and my friend travelling together. It started raining halfway through our tour which made it difficult to walk around a bit so we ended up finishing the tour a bit early but it was still amazing! 🤩

Our group of seven did the Kuala Lumpur International Airport Layover Tour with Skyline Holidays during a day trip from Singapore. Our driver guide was Visnu. The punctuality and communication from Visnu was excellent and I had a WhatsApp message advising of the pickup location as soon as we stepped off the plane. Visnu was extremely friendly and flexible with our schedule for the day as we had pre-purchased tickets for the Petronas Towers. He provided commentary before all our stops and answered any questions we had. During the stops, he would drop us off, park elsewhere and return when we advised we were ready. We were picked up at 9:30am and drove straight to the King's Palace. We then went to Batu Caves, where we spent an hour conquering the 272 steps and exploring the temples. We went to the Petronas Towers next as we had booked tickets for 1pm. Afterwards, Visnu took us to the Central Market so we could enjoy some lunch and retail therapy. We then began our journey back to the airport. As we are all motorsport fans, we asked Visnu if we could make a quick stop to the Sepang International Circuit, which he happily obliged. We returned to the airport at about 5:30pm. Overall, we were extremely happy with the tour and would recommend this experience to anybody looking to make the most of their limited time in Kuala Lumpur.

I was slightly apprehensive about what to expect after reading some recent reviews. However, it ended up being an amazing day. We saw so many places and sampled a whole range of experiences of life in KL. Sadiq, our tour guide, was an amazing font of knowledge about the cultural, economic, political and social history of KL and Malaysia. He was an amazing ambassador for KL and for Malaysia. The itinerary for the day was very full and perhaps a tad over optimistic. In particular, the queues for the skyboxes at the KL tower and the celebrations marking Thaipusam meant it took longer than planned to get to the Temple at Batu Caves. All in all a very enjoyable day. I would thoroughly recommend the tour.
