We went to this trip without any prior experience of being India so it was a bit scary. Luckily, we found a good travel agency from klook and got a tour guide namely Mr. Ankur. The guided tour gave us an exhilarating perspective on taj mahal's historical and artistical points. It is very important for future travellers to find a good tour guide as it will be quite a hassle to visit taj mahal without the tour guide. :)

Harshi my tour guide and Mehar my driver were amazing. Both very communicative, forthcoming and helpful. I was picked up on time and had nothing to worry about. Water was provided throughout the trip and the car ride was comfortable. Harshi was not only very knowledgable of the places we’ve visited but also took many photos. Please note that Fort Agra is not included in the tour, however, it is possible to purchase a ticket to go there as well. Overall great trip that shouldn’t be missed!

I am writing this review to say that our recent experience with Keeper Landwey was unpleasant to the point of being them scamming and taking advantages of tourists.
The transportation and our driver was absolutely satisfactory, however things just went downhill from there.
We arranged for a hotel pickup at 6AM, and the driver was here on time and drove us Agra. Upon arrival in Agra we picked up our tour guide Faizal who then brought us on the tour of Taj Mahal.
He provided explanations of the Taj Mahal which we later found out were all incorrect information. It turns out he was just making up historical facts and figures of Taj Mahal, and cooking up stories. We were given ample time on our own to explore the mausoleum up close.
Things got worst from this point onwards. We were taken to a restaurant obviously partnered with the tour company and were told of a "company package" meal which offered unlimited bread and rice for ₹800. The food and drinks were overpriced - ₹700-900 for a single meat main, where you could get far better value and better tasting at other restaurants in Agra (₹300-400) including some that offered views of the Taj Mahal. There was only 1 other table occupied in the restaurant and it was clear that only tourists were brought here. The ambience was dim and the food substandard. It was also during this time that he insisted on us writing a review for his tour company on TripAdvisor and was being pushy.
After lunch we were then told that we were bring brought to a place to observe how the marble artwork of the Taj Mahal is made -- which turns out to be a tourist trap shop scheme. We were brought to a small room where the shop owner showed us the various precious stones and he had a young boy showing us the workings of shaping the stones.
While it was informative, we were then led to the showroom of marble tabletop pieces and the owner started showing us various pieces and his order book of customers which he had shipped to. We had no clear intention of making any purchases and this was clearly pointed out when we booked this trip. Amusing nonetheless that those orders were dated 2013-2014.
I hope our experience can be taken as a caution for anyone looking to book any tours with them.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you however allow us to clarify few points:
Firstly, all our tour guide are licensed and professional guides with a very good knowledge of history, we never appoint anybody without any professional training, but at the same time we also provide as much as training we could. We are sorry if you did not like or think that the story or history was made up.
Secondly, It is just our recommendation to have lunch in a decent place as the stomach are sensitive to Indian spicy food and we do not want our guests to have a bad experience. We just provide suggestions no force is applied. We are again sorry if you thought that the food was not up to mark as we have received quite good feedbacks for the same.
Thirdly, feedback is something which is important for the tour guide and company too however force of any kind is not applied but we usually ask for a verbal feedback so that we can get an understanding where we did wrong and could sort out things on the spot.
Lastly, we are a NO SHOPPING company and never pressurize the guests to go to the shops until and unless the ask themselves. However, we are extremely sorry if you felt any kind of pressure.

We decided to get up at 2.30am and drive from Delhi to visit the Taj Mahal in the early morning light. We booked a tour with Ankur. The drive was very pleasant in a comfortable car with a very careful and sensible driver. He was punctual and very polite. Our guide Ankur was picked up in Agra around 6am. He was an extremely charming and knowledgeable guide. He gave us lots of information but also space to enjoy the glorious building in our own way. He is a young and passionate man very interested in the travel industry not just chasing commissions.We have visited the Taj previously but it was well worth getting up to enjoy the quiet and the glowing morning light in such a relaxing and interesting way.

Sunrise tour and Agrah Fort were superb. Zahid our guide was very knowledgable about bith sights. He told and showed us so many intetesting things and also took fabous photos for us. We certainly wouldn't have had such an amazing time if we had gone on our own. The tour from start to finish was very well organised. Thank you Zahid and also the driver who kept us safe.

As a solo female traveller, I booked a group tour to Taj Mahal for safety reasons only to find it was actually a private tour instead. After raising this with the tour company they assured me and provided a female tour guide to accompany me on the trip which made me feel more comfortable.
Overall, the trip was well organised - the driver turned up on time and was safe and reliable. The tour guide Swati was friendly and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable throughout the tour. The Taj Mahal was amazing, even more beautiful seeing it close up. I was then taken to a showroom afterwards to look at the marble and asked if I wanted to buy any souvenirs. I wasn't expecting to come here but found it interesting so went with the flow.
The only constructive feedback is at the end of the tour, I was taken to a coffee shop and asked to write a review for them. It felt uncomfortable and I would strongly advise them to stop doing this. Feedback is important but please don't force your customers to do this in front of you. Everything else went well, so don't ruin it!

Shane was my tour guide, Sanjay was my driver. I came alone and felt very safe the whole time and had a great experience. Even though I didn’t have a lot of time, they accommodated and made sure to show me the beautiful Taj Mahal. Highly recommended.
