Drive up to the observation point first (this is past the main parking lot). the 600m trail is the same you would be walking and you will save your energy for the forest loop. The forest is amazing! The 400 year old Kapock tree is well worth the walk!

We were driving by and decided to stop for a guided tour. We saw one Sloth! and lots of other amazing creatures including the tiny Blue Jean Frog. Our guide Raul Mena was fantastic and very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this.
