Overview

- Please indicate vegetarian preferences or dietary restrictions upon booking (in the Additional Information box at checkout). We will do our best to accommodate them, although we cannot guarantee an alternative option at each stop.
- Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes. We will walk about 1.5 miles total.
- Sunscreen, sunhat, and sunglasses are recommended. A jacket may be necessary as evenings can be cool October through June.

- Your tour highlights how Los Angeles is a patchwork of communities formed by immigrants that looked for a new opportunity in America. Nearly every nationality has a little enclave in the greater Los Angeles area and your tour visits Koreatown, Little Armenia, and Thai Town. Visiting these communities allows you to learn from their culture and taste the great food they brought to the city. All the vendors come from the country they represent and are family owned and operated.
- Your visit to the Spicy BBQ is so unique that if the tour is sold out, so is the restaurant. Therefore we agreed to visit the restaurant at a time that wouldn't conflict with the owner's normal business hours.
- The communities you visit during the tour are all battling with gentrification and your visit helps to prove that the current communities have to stay to maintain the diversity that LA is known for.
