The selection of vineyards was good and our group was quite nice. The transportation (billed as “luxury” “Mercedes’” was a large ford minibus which was below expectations. The driver was knowledgeable but no one could hear her in the large bus. Her PA system did not work.

Highlight of our trip!
I highly recommend this tour. We had so much fun. All thirteen in our group clicked immediately and by the end of the day we were exchanging emails. We visited three beautiful vineyards and tasted some amazing wine. A delicious lunch was served at the second vineyard. The ride from Santa Barbara was beautifully scenic and our tour guide talked about the history and culture of the area. This was one of the highlights on our two week California road trip.

Excellent Tour - Excellent Tour Guide with Michael

4 very unique boutique wineries. Our Guide, Michael, was exceptional in providing information of the local area, the wineries and the wine industry. Lunch was freshly made sandwich and we dined in a private room at Vincent Vineyards.
The coach was very comfortable and clean.

Friends who love wine
We had a fabulous time! Kris is very knowledgeable and engaging. We had a variety of atmospheres of the three vineyards. Lunch was amazing!!! Kris’s service is top notch. The pit stop of olive oil and vinegar was unique and welcomed!
You get a great discount with being the tour and joining wine clubs!

Great group, tour guide, wines, service!! Highly recommend.

Literally the perfect day!

I expected to have a great time on this tour, but I was not prepared for how amazing it truly was! Our tour guide Kris was so kind and personable, she really made the day special! We managed to have the tour all to ourselves by pure luck and she personalized our day by adding in extra stops for more adventures in the Santa Ynez area. The lunch was delicious, the 3 wineries were top-notch, and it literally couldn't have been any better. We would definitely book this tour again.

2 BFF’s celebrating their birthdays, great weather, and a fantastic host, Dan... made our day so special. Dan said it wasn’t his normal route but we were so happy to get him. Thank you for your generosity!

By the end of the day we had 6 new friends and a group text to make sure we stay in touch in the future. Great day!

We thought it was going to be a personalized tour and in fact it was a group of 12.
We were disappointed by the wineries that were selected there was really nothing outstanding. Lunch was good but the driver was not that knowledgeable but talked a lot. I know there’s way better wineries and I was disappointed that we didn’t get to visit some these were probably three tier wineries

We have enjoyed numerous wine tasting outings with Grapeline, but this was our first out of Santa Barbara. Our tour guide and driver was Marie. She was so pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed all of the wineries and the beautiful drive.

So, I have been coming to Santa Barbara to go wine tasting for years, and of course always have an excellent time. This time, I dragged my boyfriend along with me... and we decided to take a guided tour so he could learn more about the wines and the area (also to avoid driving). This place came highly recommended to me by a friend who works in the wine industry, so we decided to give it a shot. We were incredibly satisfied with our experience to say the least. Our driver, Tom, was awesome... He pretty much knew everything about all the wineries in the area, and could answer almost any question you had about wine. Knowledgeable in an unpretentious way, exactly how I like it! Between the chocolate, the amazing lunches, and the incredible wine and company, we couldn't have asked for any more. I, like my friend, would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who wants a more inclusive wine tasting experience, stacked with comfort, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Tom and the lovely people at Grapeline!
