Overview
Get a bird's-eye view of one of Colorado's most famous landmarks, Garden of the Gods, on this private rock climbing adventure. After learning climbing basics, your group ascends a colossal red rock formation with coaching from an experienced private guide. The 4-hour outing is for beginner and intermediate climbers and includes equipment rental for up to four people. Only a fraction of visitors see the park from this perspective.
What to Expect
This private climbing adventure begins at Colorado Springs’ Garden of the Gods. Beginner and intermediate rock climbers learn basics from an experienced private guide, skills such as how to select proper equipment, knot-tying, belaying, and descending. Once you know the basics, your group ascends one of the colossal red rock towers that soars above the park, which is a National Natural Landmark.

From atop the formation, take in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, ponderosa pine forests, and, if you're lucky, a glimpse of the resident bighorn sheep herd. The thrills continue on the descent, where you test out your newfound belay skills.

This private tour can be customized to all skill and interest levels and ends at Garden of the Gods, where it started.

Best Climbing Day

Can't say enough great things about this day. Neither my husband or I had ever climbed outside of a climbing gym before but climbing in the Garden of the Gods was a fantastic and safe experience!
