We went to Bayside Marketplace looking around for something good and fun to do with a couple friend that came from Panamá and we had an amazing surprise going into the sightseeing cruise, the attention is 5 stars and the animation couldn’t be better; our host was Alain and this gentlemen is a great showman, he describe every single mansion in detail, with great anecdotes and funny commentaries.
The view is AMAZING and of course you can have a beer while you see the sunset over the sky view of Miami. Believe me, this ride is a MUST.

Great time, saw lots of cool sites and homes, hostess was the mostess keeping everyone informed and engaged, having fun and playing some cool tunes. Leave plenty of time for parking and get there early so you can ensure a seat on the top deck (recommend the right side for best viewing). The ticket booth and loading area area are a bit hard to find - they need a bigger sign hanging from the top! They are adjacent to the Hard Rock Cafe.
Plan to spend a few hours in the area as it's loaded with restaurants, bars and shopping, with a very fun and up beat vibe.

Had reservations for 1:30 but was pressured to go on Pirate Ship at 12:30.
Refused to go on Pirate ship but then ticket issuer said we could go on cruise of Biscayne Bay at 12:30 or 2:30. What happened to our 1:30 reservation?? So we hurried to 12:30 cruise and missed lunch. Not good.

We didn’t have a bad time - it just wasn’t what we paid for. The trip was basically a cute 90 minute boat party. We booked for 5:30 so it would still be light out and we would get like a cute little sunset tour. Our boat didn’t show up until 6 and didn’t leave until 6:40 - which meant it was too dark to actually see any of the things we were sightseeing (see picture of us leaving the harbor) - particularly the celebrity mansions. They did give us a free picture and “free drinks”, which turned out to be a buy 1 get 2 drinks, so 1 free drink per two people.
The “tour” was essentially just pointing out celebrity homes but there were no facts about Miami or the people whose homes they were or anything else you would expect on a city tour. There’s also a “raffle” where they raffle off a free trip that you only get after a $40 deposit, a trip to Sunny Isles, and a 2 hour presentation about time shares. And they sell you on that pretty hard during the last 20 minutes of the ride.
If you’re looking for a 90 minute boat ride with fun music and party lights, this is your trip. If you’re looking to learn anything about Miami or you’re on a schedule, I would not recommend.

We would have enjoyed the sightseeing cruise more if it had included more history of the area and less emphasis on the Millionaires’ Row. The music was almost annoyingly loud. The parking fees in the parking garage at The Bayside Marketplace was $30.00 for less than 3 hours.

A nice cruise and with a nice price. We enjoyed this afternoon cruise in Biscayne Bay. The seaport area is nice to visit and the cruise adds a nice touch and reasonably priced. If we ever return to Miami, this cruise will make our itinerary. Only downside is booking this cruise is clunky and awkward. Too many online steps and becomes frustrating to navigate and complete a purchase. I would simply go to the seaport for lunch and buy the tour at the site.

Surely there are better tours than this one. The tour was advertised for 11:30 but they said to arrive 15 minutes early, which we did. As we boarded the boat they handed everyone a pen and form to fill put to win a cruise. We declined. Next, they wanted pictures of every guest as they boarded and were quite insistent that we do it even tho we declined. We won. (They tried to sell the photographs back to each guest for $15 a pop at the end of the cruise.). The employees were dressed in pirate costumes and there was a plastic pirate skeleton prominently displayed. The narration was in english and Spanish but the host did not speak very clearly. The other annoyance was the loud dance music playing when he wasn't talking. We were on the boat for 25 minutes before we left at 11:55. We were encouraged a few times to down to the bar to get a drink during the tour. Bottled water was $3.

We had a good time and I understand that the weather is not something that the company can do anything about. But hey only had overhead coverage for half of the upper deck of the boat. At first the rain was light enough that if the seats are wiped down we could handle it, but there were no towels to wipe the seats down. The MC was nice enough to use the ONE towel that she had for all of the seats. She literally had to wring it out and tried to help wipe down for us, but that was a challenge. When it truly started to rain, there was no overhead coverage ( a net, nets have holes in them..lol), so we had no choice but to go below deck. There was plenty of room, and the concession stand was down there so that was a plus, even though we didn't buy anything. The entire experience was altered because we had to look at everything through the window. Our MC Lina was great and we were happy to tip her! We had a good time, but it could have been a lot better with a few simple tweaks. I don't know that I would go again, but for 30 bucks it was okay.

We didn’t get to go on the boat due to heavy rain. We got to the destination but the crew weren’t boarding. Talked to the guy who printed out ticket and asked for refund. He said I have to call the place where I brought our tickets(he was the one printing our tickets so weren’t he supposed to naked refund or canceled due to bad weathered?). Now they asked for review. Ridiculous. They should have know that all the patrons weren’t able to board cuz the boat was never leave. Want my refund and DO NOT BUY online or go to these kind. They don’t want to refund even if it’s bad weather. They just want to take your money and when they canceled the trip they tell us to call and get refund ourselves. Basically they don’t care after getting money from you.

This was supposed to be an English-speaking cruise. It was done in some English but mostly Spanish. The windows on the lower deck were so dirty you could not see the view (we opened the window). We waited at the entry location for 20 minutes only to be told we needed to go back to a booth/ desk to check-in before entry onto the ship. Overall, a bad experience and not worth $35/ person.

Trying to secure a reservation using my 'Go Miami' card. there seems to be no way of doing this as you need to input payment details (obv no need for us to pay as it is covered on card) Have tried to message company several times - also using facebook and twitter - no replies!!
