The menu changes to keep the experience fresh, but favorite foods may include mamey and flan ice cream, plantain cups filled with chicken, picadillo empanadas, guava pastelito, Cuban coffee, guarapo juice, croquetas, dulce de leche churros and malanga frita—it’s like a taro root, but sweeter. As you walk, take in Little Havana cultural highlights as well, visiting artist studios, catching some Cuban rhythms, watching cigars being rolled, and learning about local spiritual beliefs and practices. Take advantage of the small-group atmosphere to ask questions about life in Little Havana, and get tips on where to eat, drink, and explore in Cuban Miami. Tour ends at the original departure point.

My husband and I had a great time on this tour and highly recommend it. We are in our mid thirties and were visiting Miami for our first time on vacation. We were debating about whether to do a group tour or just explore on our own, and I’m really glad we ended up doing the tour because we got to see and try so many things that we would not have thought of on our own without spending lots of time doing extensive research. It was also great to not have to deal with a difference in opinion between the two of us as to where we should go but to just have someone telling us where to go. :)
If you have more time to spend, you could do the tour one day and then go back another day to spend more time at your favorite spots. Or you could come back in the evening of the same day to visit one of the restaurants or live music clubs. But for us it was the perfect amount of time. We went back to a shop after the tour ended to purchase an item we had seen on the tour.
We especially appreciated our guide Martica’s stories of growing up in the neighborhood and her insight into the culture and history of Cuba.
We were also grateful that they were able to accommodate vegetarians…the food we ate was all very delicious and filling. We ate fried plantain boats stuffed with seasoned peppers and onions (at a place where the meat eaters ate Cuban sandwiches), spinach and cheese empanadas (the others ate pork empanadas), freshly made churros, pan de yucca, and pastelitos de guava, and we drank mojitos, fresh pressed sugarcane juice, and Cuban coffee. And we got full sized portions of all the food—not just tiny bites to taste.
We definitely got our money’s worth and more and will be doing more cultural food tours in the future because of this experience!

Mariala was an OUTSTANDING guide for this wonderful tour. Her experience as a tour guide here in Little Havana as well as previously in Havana, Cuba allows her to make the history, culture, and food of this important area of Miami come alive. Her relationship with the family owned businesses allows her clients to experience the best representatives of the neighborhood culinary scene, including empanadas, Cuban sandwiches, mojitos, Cuban coffee, croquettes, guava juice and pastries, and churros. The history and process of rolling authentic Cuban
cigars was also very informative. Highly recommend that you book this tour if you want an excellent overview of Calle Ocho (main shopping and restaurant area of Little Havana), but you must go HUNGRY to
fully enjoy the experience, as the portions are plentiful and huge. We have been on numerous food/history tours in different cities, and this definitely ranks among the best.

The Little Havanna Tour with Aimee: 2 1/2 hours full of energy, Cuban vibes 🇨🇺, authentic food bites and drinks 🥟🍹 — It’s important to come hungry!
Aimee obviously loves being a tour guide, talking about her roots and the Caribbean culture. What makes the tour very special are her personal relationships to the people living in Little Havanna: ranging from the female Domino champion, through the service teams in the restaurants, all the way to the master of hand rolled cigars.
🙏 Muchas gracias for hosting us so well, Aimee: from your pre-tour text message to find out about food preferences, to the individual Miami sightseeing recommendations off the path.

This is actually my second time doing the Little Havana Food Tour because I enjoyed it so much a few years back. This second experience was just as great! Because of some poor planning on my part, I signed my partner and myself up for a tour at a time that was very close to our disembarkment off my cruise in the port of Miami. The process took a lot longer than I had anticipated, and needless to say, we were late to join the tour.
Despite that, Marco, our tour guide, stayed in touch with me as they went along with the tour to make sure we could meet up with them. When we finally got there, he had bagged up all of the delicious food that we missed earlier in the tour. He went above and beyond for us, and we really appreciated how accommodating he was.
As always, the food was incredible: delicious empanadas, cuban sandwiches, fresh juice, pastries and more. I highly recommend if you're looking to learn more about this unique, rich neighborhood and experience some delicious food along the way. And again, thanks to Marco for being such an informative, fantastic guide!

We were blessed with an incredibly kind, fun, and personable guide, Aimee. She had the ability to develop rapport with all members of the group quickly. Aimee is a long time Little Havana resident. It was her home growing up for years, so when she tells you the history, she knows what she’s talking about. We were blessed with an incredible group to experience Little Havana with. Aimee is the best and I’m grateful for having met her! With her, you are family! I hope you get to do a tour with her!

Beautiful Miami day to sample some Cuban treats and walk the streets of little Havana in Miami. Helena was not only a very good guide, and she accommodated and managed a diverse group of 10 ranging from 1 year old twin babies, elementary school kids, parents and seniors. We loved the Cuban sandwich and mojito, the empanadas were fresh and delicious, sampled strong Cuban coffee, and stopped for more treats along the route. Helena included an interesting bit of history. The tour is not a lot of walking and there is ample time to sit. There are also bathroom stops. There is no pressure to buy anything from the shops or vendors on this tour. My daughter and I really enjoyed it.

We were visiting for a friends birthday week and are delighted to write a positive review for Bianca and the Little Havana Food & Cultural Tour! Bianca truly made the experience unforgettable.
From the moment we began , Bianca was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Little Havana. She took us on a journey through the vibrant streets, introducing us to the sights, sounds, and tastes of this unique neighborhood.
The food and drink was absolutely delicious, and Bianca was an expert guide, explaining the history and cultural significance of each dish. She also gave us a glimpse into the daily life of the people who call Little Havana home, sharing stories and insights that brought the neighborhood to life.
What really set Bianca apart, though, was her infectious enthusiasm and passion for Little Havana and her home culture. She truly loves this community, and her love was contagious. We left the tour feeling not only well-fed and culturally enriched, but also deeply inspired by Bianca's commitment to sharing the beauty and richness of Little Havana with others.
Overall, I cannot recommend Bianca and the Little Havana Food & Cultural Tour highly enough. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Miami, this tour is an absolute must-do. Thank you, Bianca, for an incredible experience!

Andi is THE BEST tour guide. She checked with us individually hours before the tour, to make sure she knew of our food allergies and alcohol tolerances. I am hearing-impaired, and Andi happily wore a microphone I gave her, in addition to the microphone she uses for everyone on the tour. She checked frequently to make sure I could hear everything she was saying.
Andi also did an impressive job getting us engaged as a group. We had many hilarious conversations (introducing ourselves, Q&A with storeowners), and we also shared a thrilling moment when a lady in our group caught a wild iguana in the coffee shop.
The 2.5 hours really flew by. We stopped at so many places I lost count, but I was not tired at all. We walked maybe 4 blocks at most, and there were plenty of restrooms and water offered at every stop. I also loved the historic information Andi shared about murals, historic figures, storeowner families, locals, and more. I wish we had done this tour earlier on our trip (we did it on the last day), and I wish there were longer tours offered in Little Havana!

Hoji, our tour guide, was the best ever. His knowledge of the Cuban culture, history and food was excellent. On top of that, Hoji had a great sense of humor which made the tour super fun. We got to see sugar cane pressed, then we tasted a sweet drink made from the juice, and that was just the beginning. Hoji gave us insight into the Cuban cigar as we watched a cigar being rolled. We tasted an authentic empanada and guava smoothie, a tradional Cuban coffee, a delicious Cuban sandwich and a refreshing mojito with a sugar cane stick to press the mint leaves. This was topped off with an guava cheesecake ice cream treat. As we went to each site we learned about the art and architecture of Little Havana I would absolutely recommend this tour, and hopefully you get Hoji as your tour guide!]

I was skeptical when booking but everything turned out very well, interesting place and exposure to some foods that normally would not have tried, we recommend it. It was interesting getting another perspective of Cuba and Havana having worked and holidayed there. El Floridita, Dominoes Park, Roosters, Cigars, Churros, Artwork, Colidas, Ice Cream, Empanada, and especially Mani, the peanut man.

I'm trying to book for Wed. April 26th 2023...but site won't let me, no openings that day. Is this true? Being so far in the future, I thought we could secure a spot.

Hello, I would think that you could because you will stay on one street and go in and out of places within a short distance. The only thing that may be a challenge is the sidewalks may be bumpy in some spots so you'll have to be careful with that but our guide walked slowly and casually as he took us to each place.
