The Cruise/Boat Tour was excellent. The guide was excellent they showed many millionaire's home and created excitement in the boat among the participants. They were very informative. And the experience was itself very good. Better to go around evening around 3/4 so that later when you return you can see Miami with the lights up. They sail the boat slowly so there is no rush to take good pictures. Tip is to stand in the front of the boat either top or bottom both are fine. In the bottom there is a bar open. Top is only for sitting. But the front portion of the boat is still open either top or bottom level. The guides also explained about some costs of some baats, showed dolphins that pop up time and again, explained the shipping docing stations, how the boats are used what we see etc etc etc. Also bits and pieces of history of Miami and Miami native people.
Improvement points -> Firstly the directions that they sent was confusing. The location to drive is at "Bayside Marketplace, Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL". It's easy so far.The confusion starts with the directions. They said "walk towards the water and make a left at the Mojito Bar. We are the 2nd start case on the right behind Victorias Secret.". Instead the location is at "walk towards the water and after Mojito Bar near the water take a left turn. Go till the end and the last counter is for us -> Bay Rides".

The tour gave some nice views of the skyline from the water. The tour guide was entertaining and have some humorous dialogue about the mansions.
The “please check in 45 mins before” was a waste of time. They only open at 10am…for a advertised 10am departure…which means you leave around 10.30.
It’s these early birds that walked up and down to find out what was happening and paved the way for others.

Loved that rooftop seating was covered- it would have been unbearably hot if not. Sat inside for first part of cruise, and it was warm even though a/c was on. Really great mojitos and fun collectible pineapple cup was a hit. Narration of sites was in English and Spanish, and enthusiastically presented with a lot of fun personality. Info was interesting, houses were pretty, but the nature was the star of the show- so gorgeous! Would recommend to anyone interested in seeing how the rich spend their money (no celebrity sightings, so that was a bummer). Worth the money and time, if for no other reason than to sit back, enjoy a delicious drink, salty breeze, and beautiful views of Miami from the water.

This business is terribly managed. People with legitimate tickets were denied boarding by staff who argued with them for a long time before letting some but not all of them board. All of the tours left late and lasted about 60-65 minutes NOT 90 minutes as advertised and paid for. The "tour guide" named Leo tried but failed to do stand up comedy and spent most of the time begging for tips, falsely telling passengers that tips make up 80 percent of the crew's wags, including the Captain. He stated repeatedly that it was expected that each passenger would tip him $5 or fifteen percent of their ticket price. Don't waste your time and money!

My wife and I were on our 3rd wedding anniversary in South Beach Miami. We planned to go on a culinary tour on Saturday, had a great time. Then on Sunday we were wanting to go on a cruise so we choose the tour option to be picked from our hotel, which cost more. So that we could leave our car valeted at our hotel. We booked this trip about a month prior and even called once we booked to let them know which hotel we were staying at, as Instructed in the directions. The cruise has a 24 hour cancellation policy, which is great but when the tour company calls you at exactly 23 hours and 50 minutes until your cruise to tell you that they can’t pick you up. Then it’s not so great. At first the rep who called me offered for us to take the cruise and we would have to drive due to the Miami marathon. We were told they could not pick us up, so then I explained our situation. We were then offered seats on their later cruise, in which we had a sitter and had to be home. That’s why we choose the early cruise. I then asked for a refund, the rep told me that she would have to speak with a supervisor and she would be call me back. Needless to say I never heard anything so I called back and then I was told I would have to email their customer service as it was the weekend and that department was closed. We have written 2 emails and received no response. We are out our $100 and will never us this company again. We advise you do the same.

The inside cabinet had no air conditioning and the outside was too crowed. Very little narration on the tour pointing out just a few of the mansions. Have to pay an extra $30.00 because of the misleading information on time of tour and big bus tour tiime(s)when sold as a combination . I called customer service but was not given any help with resolving the extra charge . I t should be stated somewhere in the advertisement that you’ll be charged a n extra $15.00 if you miss your designated time to cruise. I was very disappointed and will advise everyone not to use this site to book any type travel again!!

All bad. The instructions were terrible. It didn't say we needed to be there 45 min ahead of time until after we paid, we rushed over to find there were no signs (plenty of signs for other companies, that I will use next time). We downloaded an app to be "paperless" and found the line near the "mojito boat" that the email said. Once at the front of the line we were told we needed paper boarding passes, which was another line 500 ft away. The boarding pass line was very slow and by the time we got to the window they said they were over booked and we couldn't go. They gave us a number to call to move to the next time. We called and they charged us $15 (per person so $60 for our group) to move to the next time. Back the window they said the next time was now sold out (maybe 5 min later).
Maybe the boat ride is good, but the service before is terrible. Also we could see the boat was overcrowded despite it being a Monday and cold. We booked a certain time for a reason, now I'm trying to get a refund.
If you decide to do this: show up super early, get a paper boarding pass, bring a mask, be ready to be packed in.

The ride was ok but I’m so disappointed with it… we are tourist and I made a mistake when I did the reservations. Instead Sunday I booked Monday and when we got there they charged me 15 dollars per person (group of 9) for to change the day… unbelievable… yes it was my my mistake, but I think that was insane! I know that was my mistake but it shouldn’t be like this expensive. I thought it would be like 20 dollars fee but it was 115 dollars fee!!! They toke advantage of tourist …. So disappointed.. never ever do it again ….. I paid it because I had my family waiting for this, but this is not acceptable….

Unfortunately we only have 100 seats per departure a group of 9 passengers is 10% of the boat. When the boat departs we can not resell the seats. The $15 is a discount from the new ticket. I am glad you enjoyed the tour.

Would not recommend. Site says 90 minutes but you are done seeing everything in 40 min, they slowly go back and literally slow down near the dock on return to meet the claimed time.
They “operate in all weather conditions” including rain lighting and thunder. No refunds are given within 24 hours so your stuck getting soaked shoulder to shoulder and worse having low visibility on a sight seeing tour is just stupid.
This is more of a chance for them to try to sell drinks and play music 75% of the time. Don’t expect to learn anything interesting. was charged $15 just to reschedule the time when the site says cancellations are free.
I’d suggest finding a tour that cost a bit more $ but you might have a chance at a quality experience

The cruise was very nice and provided a real feeling of visiting Miami even though our trip was short and only allowed for a few quick activities. Due to the weather and other people canceling their appointments, our start time was delayed an hour so they could combine cruises. There needs to be better communication about this as we needed to change our dinner reservations. Even though the weather was rainy, the boat was fully covered and very comfortable. The upper deck provided an outdoor feel while still keeping us dry. I think better communication about the weather and what guests can expect regarding comfort on the boat would lead to fewer cancellations. The narrator was entertaining and sights were interesting. The themed music to correspond with the homes viewed was a nice touch.

Really big. Two levels. Upper level is open air, with a cover for shade. However, I don’t think there is much seating. Lower part is enclosed with the bar inside and a few tables and chairs. Two restrooms.

I didn't see any pets on the boat, so I am not sure. I would probably say no because there isn't anywhere for them to go to the bathroom, but you can always call and ask.
