It was ok. Departed 33 mins late and seemed a bit disorganised although that might have been because of weather. Boat was very nice and the tour was as described.

I took the Miami double decker city tour. The bus was without AC and not working properly. It only went around 20-30 mph on the highway. We made an unscheduled stop for a mechanic to look at it. But wondering if it was just to benefit concession at marina 🤔 because it continued to move only 20-30 mph on rt 95 which we spent most of our time just driving on highway. We made just one ten minute stop at key biscayne and a 15 minute stop at little Havana. That was the extent of the tour! At the bayside market the guide said he would escort those with boat passes to their destination. But he never came back and the bus took off with just me and my friend aboard. After a couple miles we went to the driver to ask what was going on. He immediately stopped in the middle of a highway and told us we needed to get off! I am 72 and suffering in the Miami heat! We had no idea where we were! We struggled to make it back to bayside marketplace to have to wait for an hour for another bus. To our surprise it was the same driver and guide who didn’t seem to care and suggested it was our own fault! When we finally arrived back at meeting place we told our story to the counter reps and they didn’t care either. Needless to say I strongly discourage anyone from using this tour!!!!

Partly my fault because I left the reservations to the hotel concierge, but airboat tours with 22 people in a boat are NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. My husband and I went on an airboat tour in the swamps of New Orleans with just the two of us and it was exhilarating and totally what I had in mind for this trip. You’re packed on a horribly uncomfortable boat (0% leg room for my 6’7” husband) that you can’t see out of, only to troll around for an hour at a slow pace. We got to go “fast” 3 times. It was very windy and everything the captain said on his microphone was like loud white noise. We did see a 3 foot alligator, but that was it. If you want to airboat the Everglades find a private tour. This is just a tourist trap.

It was awful, people had some rude music on full blast, staff were not saying anything to them. All videos ruined. You fill fit in if you turn up in your bikini.

Booked on the 16.30 trip more than a week before due to go. We were travelling through Florida on a road trip holiday. The day before I got an email telling me it could only be 9am or 1pm. We couldn’t get to marathon for that time therefore requested a full refund. When the refund was paid, it was £35 short even though it Stass the same refund price in dollars. Have had no response to any emails requesting this is resolved, particularly given that it was the company that could not honour the original booking.

This company is a SCAM! Do not book!!!!!! They have several policies that they do not state to you in advance. Constantly seeking more and more money. Claiming changes were made to their policies requiring more(mind you it was 5hrs in between each conversation had with these people). Just save yourself and DO NOT BOOK! It’s a hassle trying to get my refund back. I’m going to be reporting them to the BBB as well.

Amazing coral reef with an abundance of different fish species. Highly recommend a trip here! And our guides Rob & Jesse were top notch.

It was a scam … they sold the trip and never showed up at the departed place … and get worst, not giving the refund.. worst experience ever

It was a really fun activity for us to do with our young adult kids. You have about a 30 minute boat ride out to the snorkeling spot. The water was warm and beautiful. We saw a bunch of colorful fish and a few barracudas. The captain and his assistant (Hope) were fun & informative. I definitely recommend! Be aware that if you sit in front, you’ll get wet headed out. They have baskets to put your bags in to keep them off the wet floor, but they’ll get splashed.

Absolutely unprofessional, to the point of swindling. I recommend reading the reviews before you make the mistake of purchasing this cruise event. They charge a higher amount for the evening slots, but then try to call and change it to a different timeslot (multiple times) as well as a boat best described as a rescue ferry, not a cruise with drinks available, because the evening slots that are on Tripadvisor especially are not for the cruise at all but for “water taxis”. No, they do not refund you any amount of money for promising a cruise but delivering a ferry or changing the timeslots. No one answers to any of these queries, and they’ve made the event non-refundable though basically they will make about all changes possible to their itinerary. For people with family visiting for a weekend or so, your money is most likely better spent elsewhere as you may not even get to go on it after paying about a hundred dollars.

There was no boat. This is a scam. We did not get a refund!!!!! We went to the meeting point and were told there was no boat. I want my money!!!!! The worst experience ever. How can trip advisor let such companies to operate !!!!!!

We booked a jetski rental with this company and to start off they have the wrong address listed on their website and when we got to the correct spot we were greeted by 2 guys who seemed to have no idea into what they were doing, super super sketchy, our reservation time was 3 and we arrived at 245 and waited for 45 until it was 330 and they said your captain isn't here today. They helped numerous people out who just got their as we have been sitting and asking questions the whole time. The 2 men were eating and watching soccer games while we were right in front of them and waited to find out what we should do. Now waiting on a refund from the company who conveniently is super unresponsive now. A super unprofessional and sketchy company.

We did the Miami skyline billionaire homes tour. Our tour guide was excellent .the tour was 1 1/2 hours and that was perfect.

Too hot, too crowded and all tourist stuff. We spent more time on the bus ride than in Key West - and the bus ride was more interesting. Seeing chickens and iguanas in the street was a highlight.

Great snorkeling experience. Great boat and tons of fish to see. The staff was very helpful and safety first. Well worth it. Even saw a 5ft nerf shark.
