City tour Miami plus
Meet up was easy to find. Agent was right where pick up location was set to be located in Bayside. Agent confirmed information and answers all questions I had regarding tour.
We started our tour with the boat tour which was really nice as it wasn’t hot. Snacks and drinks are available on the boat tour (you have to purchase) there is a bathroom on the boat for public use. Boat tour did take about 90min.
Following the boat tour we had about 30min of free time in Bayside. Meet up point was easy to find, city tour guy/bus driver where punctual and attentive. Made sure everyone who should be on the tour was there.
We continued our tour by heading to Downtown, South Beach, Coconut Groove, and little Havana -where we where allotted about 1hr45min to walk around/eat. Tour guide made sure everyone understood meeting point/ time, answered all questions. After our free time tour guid provided us with Cuban coffee (included with tour).
Then we headed to Wynwood. Which was busier then usual due to Art Basel, even so we where allotted about 35 minutes to walk around and explore.
Our tour ended in the same location of pick up- Bayside.
Tour did take about 8 hours.
In our group we had adults over 60 and children under 6. Both age groups had a great time- initially I was concerned with walking and both age groups keeping up but that was not an issue.
Overall I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Miami wanting to see a lot in a little amount of time.

Perfect for Miami Day Trip

This was a great tour! I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone that lives in Florida and wants to do a fun day trip to get away or to anyone who wants to get a flavor of life in Miami. The boat tour was awesome, our tour guide, Jonathan, was fun and seeing Millionaire Row was very cool. They moved our boat tour to the start of the tour rather than the end because of predicted rain, which was a good decision so we didn’t miss out on that part of the trip! The bus was not a double decker like we expected, it was a private enclosed tour bus but this didn’t hinder the experience at all, plus the air conditioning was an added bonus. We got extra time to walk around places like Wynnwood, Ocean Drive, and the Venetian pool which was great! The tour guides for the bus were also very informative and fun and we’re knowledgeable about any questions we may have asked. The tour is definitely worth the price! Be sure to bring cash for tips and for some vendor stands.

Best way to see Miami!

I reached out to MyTravels & Tours Corp. and was connected to Dianela. I explained I was interested in the boat tour but I need transportation to the marina. She suggested for just a few dollars more we could get a city tour + boat tour combo and since our hotel was on Collins Avenue they could also pick us up and drop us off. This was an offer I couldn’t refuse. Then it got better! Our excursion was planned for a Tuesday and since we had a large group they gave us a private mini bus just for us with the best tour guide ever, Mario! Mario explained the history and culture of Miami in great detail. From 10 am to 6 pm our day was filled with wonderful sights and amazing stops. Thank you!

I scheduled and paid for this tour and then my airline cancelled my flight to Miami from BWI. That evening I emailed the company and explained my situation. The next morning at 10am when the tour was supposed to start I received a call from the tour guide and told him my flight was canceled and that we were driving down from Baltimore, MD but would not make tour and that I had emailed the co. He said "ok they will handle it". I have since sent 5 mails with no response. We rescheduled the tour thinking it was a really good one and so I now have paid for it twice (for 3 people). Took the tour today and it was just ok. I tipped the tour guides and then went to get on the ending boat trip. I only brought a certain amount of cash with me but had credit cards. When we went on the boat tour at the end the tour guide told us how his salary was only 30% of what he made and that he depended on the other 70% from tips. I had no other cash and he made sure to be where each passenger exited the boat with a large white tip jar. When I went to get off he gave me a hard time about not tipping. I did not have any other cash so could not tip. Felt very put out by his attitude and felt that maybe he should be paid more rather than begging for tips.

The City Tour Miami Plus needs to do a complete itinerary on stops as it shows on the page (complete in stops and times in stops). They don't answer their phone, and as many times I tried to leave a message the answering machine was always full.
I wrote to them an email with my comments and concerns and so far I haven't received a response.

Unfortunately if you are a single traveller, this tour will cost you nearly double! There is a bus of 40 people for this trip but unless there are 2 of you, it becomes very expensive. I don't understand the logic of their pricing! If they fill their bus with 40 individuals, they make nearly twice as much money compared to having 20 couples! Absolutely ridiculous.

Really enjoyed this tour! It was exactly what I was looking for when only having 1 day in Miami. The itinerary was super clear and really appreciated the ad having full transparency with the tour… My only request would have been to spend slightly less time in Little Havana and more time in Wynwood… By the time you got off the bus you needed to get back on. We were given a little over an hour and a half in Little Havana which was way more time than needed, and only 15 mins in Wynwood. I would have paid more for the tour to include a lunch to cut down the time needed in Little Havana. Aside from that, it was really nice to explore different parts of the city. Also the fact that a boat tour was included with this was just the cherry on top. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who has limited time to see the city!

It's a nice overview of the town in a few hours but the tour felt long and not hugely informative or entertaining. Our tour guide talked a lot about the prices of the properties and the whole thing felt repetitive. By aware the bus is also a coach (no opened roof) with full AC on. The boat tour, which is separate, was very good though and entertaining though.

An amazing tour of Miami

This was, overall, a wonderful tour, despite the weather being cloudy and rainy. I was staying in Miami for 2 nights only, and this tour managed to give a nice overview of all the key, touristy, places in the city of Miami in a short period of time . The boat ride, too, was excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami who is short on time!

Disappointing overall
Pretty poor in comparison to others we have been on. Information given whilst on the bus but "free time" off bus was a waste of time - much better if the guide had been with the group pointing out things of interest whilst walking.
Tour guy was nice enough but lacked the depth of information we usually expect - good guides will ask the group if anyone has a special interest in architecture/art/ethnic history etc and add more depth to the tour if possible - nothing like that; we can all see what a restaurant or a souvenir shop looks like.
Boat tour was nice and the host there was great.
Disappointing other than that.
