This was fabulous day out,the island we visited was stunning and luckily for us no one else was there. Jack the captain was absolutely fantastic made us all feel special very attentive and genuinely lovely guy,we all fell in love with him. We would recommend this highly and a wee bottle of bubbly always goes down a treat.

Although, it was cold, we had a great time! Our captain, CeCe was fantastic and so much fun! She showed us all the beautiful sensory of Miami, including the real celebrities homes (insider joke, other companies don’t know where Shakira lives). We played our music, danced, had some champagne, it was great. We even saw two dolphins!! Great experience, Thank you CeCe for an amazing time.

Frank was a wonderful captain. He took us all around to see all the beautiful homes. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne and a beautiful day. My only disappointment was I received a copy of the invoice from dolphin tours which was way cheaper. I would recommend booking directly through them because trip advisor charged me an extra 90.00. That’s not cool!

Not what I was expecting.. at all. So we got picked up on the side of the canal. Had to hop onto the boat without a dock, which was very uncomfortable wearing heels. Not to mention, slightly unsafe. The boat did not match the boat on the picture, but whatever I was just excited to get on the water. The boat also did not look too clean. Our driver, God bless his heart, but was just not what I was expecting. He looked like he might have just rolled out of bed. Again, the boat was ok. When we mentioned that we had to use the bathroom our captain said he usually lets people go off the side of the boat under the canal bridge. I was honestly disgusted.
Thankfully our captain was kind, and provided us with the cups and bottle of champagne as promised. I think the champagne saved the day.
I'm writing this review because I got hit with in the head with the windshield of the boat and explained that to the owner via and got a very poor response. The truth is you don't really know who you're working with since we never got to see the person who we booked the tour with. It all in all felt a little sketchy and I wouldn't repurchase and can not recommend.
Thankfully our captain was kind, and provided us with the cups and bottle of champagne as promised. I think the champagne saved the day.

We had a blast today! Jack, our captain made us feel relaxed, safe, and excited to experience the site of Miami from the water. We saw Dolphins galore! We recommend Jack as a captain for any tour. He loved telling us all about the sites, the local experiences, and the beautiful wildlife.

Jack was a great captain for our trip. Right from the start, he was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. He made sure to ask us exactly what we wanted to do and tailored our boat trip to our preferences. He helped create a fun vibe on the boat and pointed out famous houses along the way. We were even able to see dolphins! Overall, Jack really made the experience memorable for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Amazing and unforgettable boat trip with Captain Jack which made our Miami trip. The boat was clean and spacious with champagne, ice and water included. Captain Jack was a dream and so professional giving us a guided tour, taking us to a small island to go in the sea and sand and we even managed to close to dolphins.

The tour guide Jack was great and super nice. We were a little bummed that the speakers on the boat didn’t work because we thought we could play our music. Also the description states we would take a tour of famous homes and learn about Miami but we just went straight to the sandbar and back. It was still fun I just thought there would be more than that for $500. It’s also listed at $400 but is actually $500 since the $100 tip is required. The boat is a little more run down than in the photo. Our captain isn’t the owner of the boat so was really not his fault but we would’ve appreciated if they asked us where we wanted to go or explained what we would be doing on the tour.

It was my birthday weekend and I decided to book a boat cruise for me and my friends we had an amazing time with Captain CC, she made us very comfortable even though it was cold and windy we still had an amazing time. We caught a glance at some dolphins lol. I will recommend this boat cruise.

Our family booked this the night before on a whim & are so glad we did. We did the 10:00 tour & had Captain CeCe. She was very sweet & laid back & our family really enjoyed her at the helm. We toured along the Miami coast & it was fun learning about the area from her. We stopped on a small island which was interesting as it had so many raccoons, which almost seemed domesticated. It was a gorgeous day & a great experience. Would book again in a heartbeat.
