- We normally pick up from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street, and sometimes from 71street down) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. Please inquiry with us for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas. Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance. Because we pick up from different locations, the departure time could be immediate or after over one hour from the first pick up. The pick up time most of the times is between 7:30 to 10:00 am. We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact us for pick up times and locations. Normally we give the time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon. Total duration of the tour most of the times is 3-5 hours. In some occasions , when we use a bus, it is 5-7 hours. The airboat ride and alligator show is always in English. The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the everglades and assist them at the park.

The trip was awesome! Pick up and drop off was very easy. The ride to the park was flawless and comfortable. On the way there our tour guide gave a very informative and interactive discussion about the Everglades. I’m glad I picked the 60 minute airboat tour, I wish it was longer. The captain of our airboat was so great. I couldn’t tell if his intercom kept cutting out or not… All of the boats have a “roof” to protect you from the weather. I do recommend wearing water friendly shoes and bringing a light coat if the weather is questionable. The alligator show at the end was hilarious and very informative. Although it was very short, I wish it had been longer. All in all I highly recommend this very inclusive fun excursion for people of all ages and backgrounds.

We had a great time on this trip.
The organisers were very responsive in arranging pickup, the driver was on time and gave us interesting information about the Everglades on the way to the park.
The boat was great fun, despite it not being the best time of year to see Alligators (due to the heat and nesting season) we did see some in the wild. The ride on the boat itself was also fun and the driver (Tito) was knowledgeable.
I was also really impressed with the show afterwards, the presenter was very entertaining and showed us a range of animals that live in the Everglades.
Remember to bring cash for tips - for your drivers (transfer and boat) and for the guy that does the show, all of them earned it. It's really worth the money and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a fun half day trip from Miami beach.

Communication with the office prior to the excursion was answered promptly and fully. We got picked up from our hotel on Collins Avenue exactly on time. Antonio was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Everglades and wildlife. He took pictures on our phone for us. The airboat trip was a full hour and the guide on the boat was very interesting and aware of safety. They also turned the boat round when we saw an alligator so everyone could see. We had a great day and would definitely recommend this company!

All right, on time
Communications about pick up time and contact for the tour in advance was good. We were picked up by Antoine on time along with the other guests. He explained how the day would go with the itinerary. He explained all safety issues and drove safely giving everyone time for a pit stop to the facilities.
We were handed over to our guide through the Everglades who took us around and explained the terrain and was able to locate a number of alligators, iguanas and other creatures. We were able to get good photos and footage. I felt safe the whole time. We were out for about an hour and then taken back to shore for a ‘show’ with alligators which I personally did not enjoy but other guests did, this was part of the tour.
On the journey back to Miami Antoine kindly agreed to drop those who wanted to an alternative location in the city rather than the hotel which we took advantage of giving us an opportunity to explore some more. I would definitely recommend this trip.

It was a great experience that started really well with Antoine expressing his positivity as well as his knowledge of the city of Miami. We came on a rainy day so it was a bit difficult to see gators. Overall the experience was great. We had the chance to have a printed photo with baby Gators by the way. A must do in Miami Check listed. I recommended

My personal experience wasn’t a good one but people on the same trip probably had a better experience. Pick up from hotel on time,travel to Everglades was good with decent driver(name escapes me but he came from France). Took ONE photograph of wildlife which was the peacock it the shop before going onto the Everglades. So we got on the boat which was not like the ones you see in all the pics advertising this tour,our boat had a roof with a Perspex front which was hard to see out of. I was sat right in the middle of the row with 3 people either side of me meaning that every time something of note worth seeing people would move to the sides and block the view of myself and as the boat had a roof I couldn’t see any of the birds in the trees. This was the same for the woman in front of me and the woman in front of her(that woman basically sat on her phone scrolling because she couldn’t see anything). I basically had to look at our friends photos after the trip to see anything massively disappointing. Once we got back to see the Gator show we were the last boat so all the seats were taking and our party of 4 plus 4 extra had to stand next to the show with poor visibility. I went to the steps behind the stand and sat there with no view of anything another disappointing experience. The only good thing was holding a baby Gator with the wife which we managed to see 😂. As I said this was my experience but others probably had a better experience.

I want to point out that the boat you were in is very well displayed in the pictures we have. You just need to scroll them. Nothing is a surprise.
The day you participated was a very busy day at the park. Unfortunately we cannot control the number of visitors.
It depends from which perspective you want to see things. The glass could be half full or half empty.

The overall experience is good, Antoine our driver got the trip off to an excellent start by making the 40-50 minute drive to the Everglades enjoyable and informative. The airboat ride was great, a full hour in the water looking for alligators and we were lucky enough to see a couple along with some amazing birds.
The alligator show afterwards was brief and definitely more suited to children, of which there were none in our group but I imagine they’d enjoy this a lot.
The journey back was also pleasant with Antoine recommending restaurants to visit near our hotel. He did an excellent job throughout the day and made the whole experience enjoyable.

The wait was a bit long due to many visitors on that day but it was worth it to see the alligators in the Everglades. Our captain was funny and very knowledgeable about the Eveglades.
Our driver Andone was super friendly and patience. He made sure everything was taken care of and always kept us informed. I would highly recommend doing this tour if you’re in Miami and want to learn and experience the wildlife and beauty of the Everglades.

What a great experience! We did this with our family and another family - a totally for 7 boys ages 6-12 years old. It was worth the time and money for our one day in Miami prior to our cruise. The transportation was seamless with a new vehicle. The tour guide JR was entertaining and knowledgeable. He would make sure both sides of the boat had time to view the alligators, vultures, iguanas and more that we spotted. The boy had a roof which didn’t allow for as much visibility but I thought worth it so we weren’t sitting in the hot sun for an hour. The alligator show was impressive and it was fun to see the guy running the show doing what he was passionate about. There were snacks and drinks available for purchase. A photo holding a baby gator was included. All around a great way to see the Everglades. I felt like I didn’t really know what we were getting into and wasn’t provided much info but I’m so glad we didn’t let that stop us. The kids faces as we sped down the canal on the boat was priceless!!

Everything went according to plan, picked up right outside hotel, max the driver was amazing, funny and so friendly. Max gave an amazing audible tour to and from the Everglades, the vehicle was air conditioned and was spotless he made the whole trip so hospitable. This is one trip you have to do if your in Miami. The Everglades was such an amazing experience, the staff was really friendly and the whole area played such a pivotal role in the eco system.
