- MissPeckat0 contributionsAmazing ShowI saw half a show almost 20 years ago and thought it was amazing. Seeing a full show was beyond amazing. Ticket prices can be high, but worth every penny. Very unique, funny, and entertaining.Written 18 February 2023
- carolwL5736NT0 contributionsBlue Man Group Daytona, FloridaWe went to this show expecting the same wonderful show we saw in Orlando in 2018. This event was a complete dissapointment. There were a few funny moments between horrible, blasting, gut wrenching, pounding noise. Gone was the sophisticated humor, the "two against one" expressive act, and the wonderful satire on modern art and technology. The mindnumbing sound and strobe like lighting effects were extremely uncomfortable. And to top it all off, the grand finale consisted of the audience tearing a piece of green paper (given in the program) into pieces and throwing the pieces into the air. Sad.Written 6 February 2023
- joycerettura0 contributionsAlways amusing and amazingI have seen this show in Chicago, once in tour in my hometown Pittsburgh, and now in Vegas. Each time I am amused and amazed. Such crazy originality and artistic genius. Appropriate for all but the very young as it can get loud. Their silent interaction with body language and eye emotions with the audience is a riot. Excellent!Written 5 February 2023
- G3442NTvivianam0 contributionsBlue Man Group - Las VegasI saw this show in Las Vegas. I went with my husband, two children (ages 12 and 16) and my mother. We all enjoyed it. It gets a little slow at times, but overall it was fun, entertaining and worth the price.Written 4 January 2023
- ebkader0 contributionsInteractive shopw is a MUST whether you are a firsttime or returning visitor!Interactive show! If you want to participate try and reserve a seat in the front 3 rows! Great repertoire of material will keep you entertained until the end. Seat prices can vary drastically, so shop around!Written 8 December 2022
- feliciaw6860 contributionsGreat family friendly show.We loved this family friendly so much! It was fun, energetic and creative! Just wish it had been longer, it was about 80 minutes.Written 17 October 2022
- dladeroot0 contributionsDefinitely worth seeing a few times…I have heard about The Blue Man Group since I was a kid. I didn’t really know what they did or if it was good. I honestly never gave it much thought. We were taking our teen twin girls to Vegas and already had a comedy show and Ká that we were going to see. I wanted to add one more show that would be fun. I decided to give Blue Man Group a try, I mean it’s been around for decades so it has to be good, right? I was wrong it was amazing, funny, special and unique. I loved every minute of it and laughed so much. I highly recommend it to everyone and especially if you’ve been like me and on the fence since you don’t know exactly what it’s about. Even now I can’t explain it fully but I loved it.Written 18 July 2022
- Hey2950 contributionsPlease GOYou will not be disappointed! This show was amazing! They were very funny! I could not stop laughing. They are amazing performers!Written 20 May 2022
- Dalmy60 contributionsNot for everyone, not for us.My husband and I have been meaning to watch this show for sometime while visiting different cities, and thought we’d check it out while in Chicago. Although we were looking forward to it, we were deeply disappointed. They spit out chewed up food throughout a lot of the show, and the humour was more for kids. Definitely not worth the $210 USD we paid for 2 tickets. We thought maybe the earlier 5pm show was for a younger audience, but when we asked, they said the 8pm show was the same. Would not recommend for adults.Written 10 October 2021
- hal2400 contributionsEnergetic DisappointmentIf you like guys shooting colored water at each other and playing drums that have colored water on them, then you'll like this show. If you are more mature than an adolescent, you won't like this show. It's a highly scripted demonstration of immaturity.Written 6 February 2020
- 150autumnl0 contributionsOutdated ShowSo disappointing! Outdated show! You could tell this was a hit in the 80’s or early 90’s. Ridiculous acts...they had mushed banana spewing from the center of their chest peices..looked like puss or vomit..a couple actually walked out of the show at that point. There is so much DNA all over that stage. They spit paint all over the stage and call it entertainment. They also stuff marshmallows in their mouth and then spit that out too. So grosse. Save the money and ask your 10 year old nephew to put on a show for you...you’ll get the same results!Written 26 January 2020
- 816christy0 contributionsFelt dated and a bit to “obvious”—my 12 year old said boringIt was fine at best... a couple of chuckles but in general seemed dated, and a bit fake...in need of a more modern revamp. My 12 year old said it seemed “baby” and boring. Very glad I had 1/2 price tickets.Written 24 January 2020
- bstnlvr0701000 contributionsGreat high energy showThe show is truly choreographed and scripted down to the second. They did a great job sticking to that.Written 13 January 2020
- jrspitzer0 contributionsFirst time at Blue Man Group...So Good!!We’ve always wanted to see Blue Man Group and we were not disappointed! The show is loud, the performers are a fantastic mix of musician, improv, and theatrical performance, and there are a lot of little nuggets to keep the audience a little off balance. I’m sure if you’ve seen this show a number of times it could get old but if you haven’t seen it before GO SEE IT! You’ll have a blast!Written 11 January 2020

Visiting over thanksgiving break and took in the show. Theatre needs renovations and a good cleaning but the Blue men lived up to their otherworldly expectations, drumming out a lot of laughs. Audience participation was great Everyone had a blast.

They are always as entertaining as the first time you see them. I have seen them three times now and each time there was something new. Even the things that are the core part of their show...never gets old. I would recommend this to people of all ages.

The Week In Chicago
So, Marie and I earned our diploma (with a small "d") in Architecture this afternoon! The occasion was of course, the world-class tourist delight known as the "Chicago Architecture River Cruise", which takes off from the Navy Pier.
It was a thrilling and history-laden experience, as we were regaled with the amazing trajectories of some of the famous Chicago (and non-Chicago) citizens whose insightful exploits in Architecture combined to transform the cityscape through the last 150 years.
Fun fact: some of the iconic skyscrapers were the handiwork masterpieces of outstanding
ladies in Architecture; which (yet again) confirms my long-held viewpoint:
"There is a woman at the beginning of every good thing."
Today, Thursday October 3, was the start of the scintillating Lollapalooza festival. Downtown Chicago was full to the brim with youngsters heading to Grant Park, and my dancing instincts of yore were titilated for a bit there. Zaaamani, riga!
Without a doubt, God willing, we shall return to the Windy City someday soon.
Next stop: we return to the concrete jungle where dreams are made of - give it up for New Yoooork!!!

5 things to know before you go.
1) They involve the audience so expect that you might get covered in streamers, maybe get pullup to get painted or even a fun marriage skit on stage. All in good fun.
2) There is a Micheals art store across the street with great bathrooms - also another in the basement. We arrived early but before we got in line we did some fake shopping and let our kids use the restrooms.
3) This area of town is mostly LBGTQAI+. A lot of wonderful people and a great teachable moment for us to share with our kids. Just be prepared.

Entertaining show. We chose main floor seating & were seated all the way to the right of the stage. There were MANY seats in the center that were left empty. We’ll book directly with the theater next time.

This is a very fun energetic show. Would recommend for all! My grandsons, age 7 and 9, really enjoyed it! The only down side was there were not beverages or snacks available.

Highly entertaining, something completely different than what you would normally expect from a theatershow, lots of interaction with the audition.

How is the view from the first or second row? I usually avoid seats at the front so that I'm not looking up and missing parts of the stage, but I'm wondering if it would be fun and exciting with our kids when watching Blue Man Group.
