We love Escape!!

Wow!! This place is amazing!! It is so well organised for CMCO so you do the dry park first and then the water park in the afternoon. The number one best part of escape...the staff. So helpful, so friendly..customer service is always number one here. Thank you especially to Julkifli who is so supportive on the trapeze. Big thank you to Naza who did some fantastic stunts today on the trapeze and caught my boy to make his day so so special. And a big thank you to Ali who made sure everything was safe after the rain and made the show happen even after the bad weather, again so supportive and always making the kids feel so special.

Numerous challenges for Big Kids

Hi there,
Escape Penang Theme Park is really good! For big kids!
Have has so much support from Sumon! Best park we ever been so far. During our trip we went to Legoland, Lost world and Eacape these Park.
Escape@Penang hold Guinness world record for longest waterslide 1.111km, zip line, tube and longest flying fox which your kids will love it.
We also tried sling shoot, gecko tower climbing, water and rope courses, jumping from 5 or 8m high into 5m depth pool, we even SKI ⛷️ (new opened in November 2022), we tried super healthy Dead Sea (it healed our sour feet). Dead Sea pool got similar effects like real one in Israel (I been there) haha and many more… We got medals when we competed in Trapeze Artist competition…thanks to Nazar for encouraging us!
Escape Base Camp is worth to try especially with children 5+ or group of young adults! Sumon and other personal was very helpful with everything we need there. Fun games and stay in Base Camp is comfortable. We only bbq there and come back to sleep in apartment because rain whole night. But we enjoy Base Camp. Note that 2 days in Theme Park is included in Base Camp tickets!
All these in Escape theme park @Penang!

Here in SG we have to pay for each activity separately. In Escape all is included with no extra pay.

Best place to hangout especially after the lockdown

Participated in the Escape to Penang Fest on 13th Sep.. joined their challenges and really had fun. Been there 3 times and will go again. All the staff there are friendly ! Throughout the campaign we are always been welcomed with GREAT spirit and motivation for participation. I would like to take this opportunity to named few outstanding staff: Ali, Nizam, Dzahir, Laila and Johan. They have been with us for the campaign and kept us high on spirit.. I have seen Ali few times there and can know that he had been working there for long, but he still showing a good spirit to each of the guest. Ali is so a good coach for new comers which he gave good instruction of how to do the activities with much safety. I could recon Ali is up to the standard of a team captain! Nizam is a life guard during the activity and we can see him on high spirit as well as never neglecting his role of keeping our customer safe during the activity. His quick witted action had kept few of the guest that doesn’t know how to swim to be able to take part on the water activity safely. Dzahir and Laila have been the core ppl on coordinating the activity which is an important role as we had quite a number of participants.. last but not least Johan as I assumed correctly he is the manager in charge . Been seeing him taking footage during the activity and showing up a good spirit as a leader to be able to join in together during the campaign. Entirely we could see the staffs in escape is working together as a TEAM.

Excellent Hospitality and Exciting Experiences

Honourable mention goes to Mr. Ali for his superb assistance throughout our times at Escape, the facilities are well maintained, staffs were so friendly and supportive. A great place to spend time with friends and families as it promotes active lifestyle as well as cooperation between visitors for certain games. But always remember to book the ticker two to three months earlier to obtain slightly lower price down to Rm130.

A place that anyone can have fun at with their loved one, Escape. We had the best time of our lives together at Escape, the staff there were deferential to all their customers. You should take the 2 day 1 night package"Base Camp" for those who seek an camping adventure in a guarded environment. In the morning you can wear your shoes and head to the Adventure area for fun land activities like Monkey Business and at night you dont have to think about dinner, the staff incharge for the camp will prepare a BBQ dinner. Trust me will will have fun there with you rfamily and friends.

A big thanks to Ali and Zahid for helping us set up the camp and for the best camping experience. This is a place I wolu dcome back in future to.

ESCAPE PENANG IS A WORTHY ESCAPE FROM A REAL LIFE.... OR THE REAL YOU!!

My friends and I went there on tuesday september 29th. From the moment we arrived, the staff had been nothing but friendly and helpful. Starting from the parking space, counter, and those who at respected station. Escape did a really good job by training their staff because everyone is well prepared and so friendly. To those who are first timer to Escape, my advise is to ask their staff at the front counter on which activity you should try first because some of the activity end earlier than 6pm. Everyone should enjoy the “dry” activites first before proceed to “wet” activities.

All activities really worth it. Slingshot, flying lemure, atan’s leap, kite flyer and finally my favorite is acrobat! It wasn’t easy as not everyone can do it but I was quite surprised I can do that (normally I’m not that flexible). All of the instructor had been nothing but helpful, encouraging and friendly. I would like to express my gratitude and praising Nazar, Zahid, Aiman and Sumon for their amazing customer’s communication skills and for being very helpful. Seriously, they’re the one who deserves the medal. Escape, Penang did a good job training their staff (even those whom I didn’t mention).

All and all it was a magnificent experienced for someone like me who is not really outdoor junkie and afraid of height. The price is affordable considering all the activities that you can do. Everyone should at least try this once!

Penang ESCAPE PARK is superb

My family (with 3 teenage daughters) visited Penang ESCAPE park yesterday.

They really enjoyed the activities provided by both adventure and water park, especially the circus aerobatic activities run by Zahid, Julkifli, Nazar and Muaz. They were superb in giving my daughters an intensive course in trapeze techniques. After they finished other activities, they went back to Zahid and Julkifli to learn more trapeze tricks and the team has no hesitation in staying back a little longer after the park is closed to give them more lessons. I really appreciate their professional working ethics, enthusiasm and hard work in making sure visitors enjoyed the activities they supervised. I would like to congratulate management's vision to incorporate circus aerobatic as part of park activities. This is unique as this is not found in many adventure/fun parks my family has visited.

Other activities like the slingshot and adult water slides will give you adrenaline pump. The 3 levels of treetop adventures activities are challenging and enjoyable.

A day out with the whole family

We had lots of fun at Escape Penang a few days ago. The kids wanted to return the next day!

My 6yo daughter enjoyed the monkey school so much that she went on it almost 10 times! She also loved the zoom bug, jungle swinger, speed racer, coco climb and aerobat.

My two boys, 11yo and 9yo, loved the zoom bug, jungle swinger, speed racer, lazy river, aerobat and discovery dig.

The highlight for the whole family was the tubby racer. The 5 of us went down together. This was something we could never do elsewhere.

All the staff at Escape were super helpful and friendly. Zahid and Julkifil were very helpful, patient, gave clear instructions and encouraging when my three kids tried aerobat for the first time. They had so much fun that my daughter who was hesitant at first went on it four times. Other staff members were also very helpful in explaining and recommending the height restrictions and activities for my children. The staff at the cafe took extra care when preparing food for my son who has egg allergy.

Apparently, fridays and saturdays are usually the busiest. A good idea to go on other days. Remember to bring your runners or closed toes shoes. Go as early as you can, so that you have ample time to enjoy yourself.

Highly recommended for everyone. We will definitely return when we visit Penang again!

Amazing Trip

Our experience here was incredible, we walked in not knowing what the park contained and we were guided and shown everything it had to offer. The area was very well organized and contained lots of fun activities as well as really good music. We were also amazed on how they were able to operate all the rides and still follow the sop, making it extremely safe. My friends and I spent the most time at the trapeze with the staff like Aiman, Nazar, Ali, Zahid, Julkifli, Shafiq and Sumon. It was honestly such an amazing experience they were able to teach all of us who were beginners really cool and possible tricks. Such a great visit, u have to check it out!

Fantastic day out!

Escape really exceeded our expectations, which were already pretty high after a friend shared a video from the Banana Flip. Our group (2 adults, 4 kids aged 6, 12, 14, 17) started with the water park, including The Longest waterslide in the world. Atan's Jump, Banana Flip (tuck your knees as you exit the slide to do a somersault!), Mega Drop and Speed Racer were all great fun. We then got changed and spent the afternoon at the high-ropes area, but could easily have spent a whole day there. The whole family did the Aerobat trapeze swing with Juliflu and it was so much fun! The high ropes courses were great, sling shot, climbing wall etc were awesome, but we ran out of time to do everything we wanted. We might come back to Penang just to spend more time at Escape. Highly recommended!
