We took the Gorge and Waterfall Tour July 1st with Cher as our tour guide. She proved very knowledgeable and entertaining and gave us a lot of information about the region but also the Gorge and Falls in particular. This is a tour you should not miss.
The falls we saw were all different but similar stunning in their natural beauty. The view from Vista House or Portland’s Women Forum scenic viewpoint over the Gorge are also impressive. The small group size of the tour makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Adam was an exceptional guide. We thought we were listening to a one man show! He told an amazing array of stories while showing us the exceptional beauty of the Portland area. We have done dozens of tours in a great many cities, Adam was one of the very best!

Did not know how enjoyable and relaxing and educational a waterfall tour could be. Adam was up for the challenge as our guide, as he took us through several wonderful falls and epic scenic backdrops. I did not expect to also be taught the history of the area, but it was perfect mix. Not overly strenuous by any standard so do not be scared of by that, but by the same token do not expect to be overly fatigued. Glad we had Adam as our guide.

Our guide Norman was very knowledgable about the geography and history of the Columbia Gorge. He was also very helpful in our picture taking efforts.

Our trip was timed to avoid large groups of tourists at the waterfall sites.

The beauty of Oregon is outside of Portland. We booked our trip to Multnomah Falls and the Columbia Gourge to see the waterfalls. It was well worth the trip! The driver was enjoyable and knowledgeable. We had adequate time at the various waterfalls and were able to stop at Vista House. Stopping at a fruit stand was a bonus.

Our tour guide, Steve, was very knowledgeable of the area. We visited Multnomah, Horsetail and Latourell Falls. Beautiful waterfalls. We tried to visit the Crown Vista House but it was closed and there were no views because the fog was so dense. Steve told us it was closed yesterday, so it would have been nice if he could have checked if it was open today or plan something else instead. We booked this tour fully knowing that the experience is different in the winter; having said that, they could still make it a full experience by adding a stop/ attraction to complete the tour that is initially promised. Either way, It was still a great experienced for what we did cover.

This was the perfect way to see the beauty of Oregon during a long weekend in Portland. It was so convenient and easy as we were picked up and dropped back off at our hotel since we didn’t have a car. hay was amazing!! He gave great insight about Portland, the Columbia River Gorge and Oregon in general. Our trip would not have been complete and would have felt like we missed out on so much if we didn’t go on this tour! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the entire tour. Beautiful waterfalls. Weather was rainy, but that’s out of everyone’s control. Phil, the van driver and tour guide, was very knowledgeable, entertaining and courteous. Overall a great experience!

Our guide Phil was amazing. A perfect balance between entertaining and informative. He helped us get amazing pictures and knew a lot of the history of the area as well as the best waterfalls to see. Perfect half day experience. Note: this tour does not allow time for the hikes.
