Excellent Walking Tour

Charleston has been on my list of cities to visit for a while, and since I only had a few hours to work with I needed an extended walking tour that included everything at once: respectful, historical significance, architectural highlights, insightful observations and stories, and...More

There are several walking tours to choose from but the tour guide makes the difference. Charlton was our young guide who is extremely knowledgeable and has an engaging personality. The length of the walk was just right and the pace is good enough for senior...More

Walking Tour

Just "okay...." Plenty of interesting info, but no real heart or humor. Few people are really cut out to be a great guide - sadly, wrong vocation!😞

No, it's really not. A good bit of it is over cobblestone streets and crossing streets. It's about a 2 hour tour, if I recall correctly. A shorter tour that you could take would be the horse drawn ones.
