This was our first time in New York and so we wanted to book a tour that would allow us to see as much as possible, with a knowledgable tour guide to explain the sights. We were not disappointed!
We booked the open air/glass roof mini bus and would thoroughly recommend, it allows you so see so much more of the amazing skyline!
The itinerary had to change due to there being a parade on the day we booked, so lots of road closures. They handled this really well, changing up the route and giving us the opportunity to visit Highline Park and Chelsea Market instead!
A really enjoyable trip and a great way to see lots of the most famous sights all in one day!

I’ve been to NYC quite a few times, but it was my husbands first trip, and since it was just a 3 day stay we decided to do a tour to make the most of our time in the city. We had such a great experience! Our tour guide, Buster Freeze, was a delight!! Born in Londen but a true New Yorker at heart, he was an endless book of knowledge and adoration for the city and the people. The tour hit most of the major landmarks, with short stops at places like Central Park, Rockefeller Center and the World Trade Center. By taking the bus, we were able to cover so much of Manhattan in such a short time. We took the Ferry to Staten Island, which really gives you a “true New York feel” just being among the commuters, and it gives you a pretty sweet shot of the Statue of Liberty. Our driver, Izzy, was cool + calm, and if you’ve ever been in a car in NYC can you even imagine driving a bus? No, thanks. But, I felt safe the whole trip with him behind the wheel.
Long story short: I ABSOLUTELY recommend spending the $100ish bucks to to take this tour, and if you do it near the beginning of your trip it’ll give you loads of help planning what you want to do next.

We took the upgraded tour with the smaller glass top bus (which did convert to open air later in the day) & small group of 13 tourists, SO worth the price! The glass top vehicle made it easy to see all the buildings & scenery so much better than the big bus with 30 visitors plus you can hear the tour guide easier. Gil was our tour guide & he’s fantastic. He knew so much about every single building we passed & clearly loves NYC & loves sharing the history. Took my teenager age 15, who enjoyed it too. It was our first time ever to NYC and this is the best way to see all the highlights. Gil was very efficient, he knew exactly where to have Carlos drop us & pick us up, and knew which stops to stay longer, he was a pro. Many of the stops are short as there is so much to visit in a 6 hour day. Then you can decide later if you want to come back & see more on your own another day. Gil was full of interesting tidbits about everything we passed, he was so entertaining & engaging. We saw so much on the bus portion of the tour, and then the Straten Island Ferry was wonderful seeing the NY skyline and views. The last stop was the 911 reflection ponds & Gil shared so many interesting facts about the memorial, it was very moving. We saw all of the must sees of NYC & learned so many interesting things along the way as Gil was full of fun facts & observations.

This is the first thing you are going to say when you sit down in the plush comfort of the bus and realize that there are charging outlets in every seat. Oh well, we survived this 6 hour excursion without them and had a great time, the weather being unseasonable warm at 70°. Raymond navigated the beast of a bus through such tight spaces, I felt like we were on the Night Bus from Harry Potter. And Gil, which he spelled for us because there may be more than one way to spell pronounce Gil I guess, is like the Ellis island registry of celebs in NYC. He knows who lives where and who used to and how much they paid and who their neighbors are and what kind of dog they have and if they showered this morning. . . You get my drift. His brand of facts and sarcasm were appreciated, being that I have been accused of dabbling in the art of smartassery a time or two. My favorite was the lady who obviously booked the tour and didn’t read the itinerary, and each time she asked about if we would see something he said, “Sure, you should go see that on your own.” The tour was fast for 6 hours and if you are slow, you better step it up cause Gil’s gonna call you out for taking too long to get your Atlas picture right. We saw more than we ever imagined ( no Gil, we do not want to stand in line to touch a bull’s sack) we would and when they stop for lunch, don’t guess, hit Little Italy Pizzeria and grab a slice or three. (Just kidding, nobody on that bus wants you to down 3 pieces, stick with 1 or 2.) They totally need to offer an 8 or 10 hour version as a sequel to the original tour. Well worth every penny. TN

This was the first time my wife and I have ever visited New York City but I would highly recommend this tour even if you've been to NYC before. Rachel was our knowledgeable guide and Manny was our skilled bus driver when we took this tour... and I would take any tour either had a part of in the future. Our bus was full and Rachel did a great job of creating a friendly and comfortable environment in which everyone felt welcome and comfortable. Not only did she give some great information about the sites we saw, but she educated the entire bus on how to best enjoy their time in the Big Apple with everything from shopping the stores fronts and getting the best deals from street vendors. I know I can't speak for everyone else, but I had the strong impression that everyone else on the bus enjoyed the tour as much as my wife and I,

This was my first trip to NYC ... recommend if you want to get a quick overview of the city, cultural insight, and suggestions for individual exploration. Tour guide provided great historial perspective Driver Manny was awesome navigating those narrow, double parked streets like the matrix. My only suggestion would be for tour guide to avoid inserting personal perspectives as sometimes they were not positive and took away from the tour.

We had a great day in the company of our guide Martin and driver Raymond. Both went above and beyond to make this tour and it seemed to flyby. Martin gave us much more information about the city than was even in the tour description. Having an experienced guide from the area was great, every question you asked was answered and he has a passion for New York and was giving us information nonstop for the entire tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in knowing the stories and history behind the buildings and city to take this tour

Brooklyn Jim and Driver Betty made our experience of seeing NYC just fabulous! Jim's knowledge of the hirlsotry of the area, great ways to save cash on where to eat, and personal stories that make the city's personality vibrant were just a few of the reasons I highly recommend d this tour. Additionally, since there are only 13 people total on a single. Us, there is the added benefit of getting to meet travellers from all parts of the world.

I looked for tours online and this was the most popular tour I found and now I know why! I knew it would be a lot of walking and prior to going on it I know that some things we just drove by. I would have liked to take pictures of the things we drove by, but the bus was pretty rocky so getting good pictures were not very likely. I think that would be helpful for people to know, but other than that it have me everything promised.
Brendon was the tour guide and Manny was the driver and they both were respectful. Brendon answered any questions he could and was patient with people asking questions. The history of New York was fascinating and he told us so much, I wish we could have had a pamphlet with all the information provided. That’s no complaint, just a nice addition to the tour.
It was fun to see where famous scenes from my favorite shows and movies were filmed. And it was a lot of information, again a commemorative pamphlet would have been nice, but that information could also be Googled. So, again not a complaint, just a nice to have.
It was a lot of walking, but also great information! I would recommend this tour to anyone that would like to see the best places but don’t have a lot of time to spend in New York. One of the things that I appreciated was that Brendon told us where to find tickets for shows at the best prices. He also gave us some good tips on finding the best good while there.

I had Jimmy (Brooklyn) and AnTONY (driver) and this was a great day. Saw all the sights and then went back later to explore on my own. Jimmy loves his city with a well earned cynicism and humour that had the guests laughing all day. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone on the tour was enjoying themselves.
The bus was clean and they had plenty of free water. There was a screen at the front of the bus so you could view 360 degrees as you drove in air conditioned bus. Plenty of stops to get out and walk around.
This may appear a bit more expensive than some of the other tours but I thought it was well worth it. My thoughts were solidified later in the evening when I heard another company guide telling a Dad with some tired children the next hop on was an hour wait in the heat......

Hello! Is there another day during the week, besides Wednesday, Friday or Saturday, that you offer the Spanish tour? We are going to travel to NYC from Sunday to Tuesday and we’d like to get on.
If we want to go inside any building, what is the process since time is limited to 6 hours
