Absolutely Terrible. Do not buy
Jul 2020
Paid for a service I cannot use. Booked in January 2020 for a trip in July 2020 from Australia. Since March 2020 Australians are not permitted to leave Australia for tourist reasons for COVID 19 reasons. We have requested a refund since not only can we get to USA a lost of the promised attractions are not open ATM,
We have been trying to get a refund for nearly a year - without success - they offered us a extension till January 2022 but we do not know if we are able to travel and we do not wish to travel to New York in the Winter - The Australian Government has not indicated when travel bans will be lifted.
They have not and could not provide the service I paid for yet are unwilling to offer even a 50% refund.

Avoid this company, awful customer service. Staff was rude and very unkind. Will never purchase anything from this company in the future.

Highly Recommend!
Feb 2020
I was leary to purchase something like this. But considering how much I hated knowing the ticket prices for these attractions, it saved me a ton of worry, time, and money! I was able to enjoy everything we went to see knowing it was already paid for and I could scan the code directly from my phone. I had absolutely no issues with any attraction we visited. This New York pass is great and I highly recommend!

Easy to use, absolutely no problems.
Feb 2020
Used it for four attractions in New York in February.
Worked very well and was straight forward. Big bus tour scanned by staff on the bus, Empire State scanned by me at the turnstile, 9/11 museum short queue to be scanned by staff and the Intrepid Museum scanned by staff on entry.
Would fully recommend it.

Had a great time
It was a very educational tour. Shawn our tour guide showed us the different architecture and art in the building and out side! He also made us see the different perspectives in each one. Really refreshing. High recommend.

Go for the Pass! Great Deal & Zero Hassle
Feb 2020
We hummed and hawed about buying this pass because of some of the negative reviews regarding line-ups. We decided to go for it and bought this pass for a weekend visit. It was SO WORTH IT!
We didn't experience any long line-ups as most attractions treated the QR code on our mobile phones as if it were an actual ticket. At one stop - the MoMa, we were directed past the long ticket line into a fast lane in order to get our paper ticket.
Also, we found a lot of the ticket prices at these venues were slightly higher than they show online. So we saved even more money than we expected to.
Here's were we went:
- Empire State Building (we upgraded for an extra $20 to come back again at night)
- The Metropolitan Museum of Art
- The Museum of Modern Art
- The 9/11 Memorial Museum
- Walking Tour of SoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown
Great deal. Zero hassle. We're very pleased.

I have used this kind of passes in other cities like Chicago and Las Vegas, and to be honest... it's the only way to see many things in a short time.

Great value
Jan 2020
I bought the 7 day pass. It cost $284 USD and we got over $450 USD of value. No problem entering any of the attractions. Some of them they scanned the ticket, some you had to exchange for another ticket on site. Just ask when you enter the attraction and you'll be advised. We never ended up in the wrong queue. What I loved about it most was the fact that it was prepaid and I didn't have to worry about paying at each attraction and we tried things we wouldn't have otherwise bothered with, eg The Ride bus tour. Loved it and would not have gone if it wasn't included in the New York pass. My tip would be to work out what attractions are close to each other and hit them each day so that you don't have to travel vast distances.

Hi
The times allocated to see the attractions does it allow enough time for that attraction?
Thank you

Online only buddy!! However there are other options when you get to NYC. They sell tickets to various places on the streets. May sound sus but it is actually quite good. I would still purchase the Explorer pass but its up to you which one, there are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 or 12 attraction passes.
We purchased the 5 attraction pass which worked well for us. After doing that we maybe should have done the 7 attraction pass....but its all up to how many attractions/activities you want to do.

hi, we're visiting new work May next year, it'll be myself, my mum and my twin daughters who will be 14 months old. can any parents or visitors tell me if i'll have any trouble with a double pushchair on any of these attractions? the stroller itself folds compactly so i'll have no issue folding it up as i'm used to doing that now to get into small spaces. and its not possible for us to take 2 separate stroller.
Thanks In Advance!

Double strollers are not a issue, you may have to fold it a few times.

If you go to the website it lists the 100 separate attractions you can choose, There are many separate and free sites and museums you can go to but you will have to do your own research. For example we went to Grand Central Station, New York Public Library, Central Park, Wall Street, Chrysler Building.
