New Orleans Small-Group Haunted History Carriage Tour

Select Date and Travellers
2 travellers
The French Quarter is known as one of the most haunted places in America, and with so many ghost tours to choose from, the best choice is this 1-hour carriage tour from the award-winning Royal Carriages, recently awarded the 2018 Louisiana Attraction of the Year Award. Instead of walking around with a large group of people, you'll travel to and from haunted locations comfortably in a mule-drawn carriage guided by a professional tour. Learn about all the history, culture, and architecture in addition to the ghostly spirits that refuse to leave.
  • Visit one of America's most haunted cities during this New Orleans tour
  • Hear tales about the French Quarter’s history in a creepy nighttime setting
  • Your carriage is covered, so you stay comfortable in any weather
  • A group limited to eight allows for a more intimate experience
What to Expect
Meet for this New Orleans haunted history tour in Jackson Square in the French Quarter. Once you meet your guide, hop aboard a mule-drawn carriage to begin a spooky night of haunted tales. Travel at a leisurely pace taking in sights of mansions, bars, and St. Louis Cathedral. Your guide tells stories of murder, deception, torture, contagious epidemics, medical experiments, and unexplained events that are sure to give you goosebumps. Your tour group is limited to eight people, so you can have a more intimate experience and ask your guide any questions you many have as you ride. Your carriage is also covered to keep you dry if the weather starts to turn south. Your New Orleans haunted history tour ends back where it started in Jackson Square.

Fiona took us on a great tour! Loved to hear the stories she was telling as well as some of her jokes. Cosimo was a real character with lots of sass and made the ride very fun! Would definitely recommend the haunted ride!

I ate a snack bar and no one said anything so I assume so. The ride was a little bouncy and not much extra space so I wouldn't bring a full meal.
