Your tour starts at a designated meeting point near Pike Place Market. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time.
Next, your guide leads you through the market, describing its history and present-day significance between stops at food vendors. Samples include fresh biscuits made with local ingredients, Italian gelato, locally-sourced Greek Yogurt, authentic Mexican street tacos, smoked salmon, clam chowder, handmade truffles, Bavarian cured meats, and chef Tom Douglas’s salmon burger.
At the end of the 2.5-hour experience, the tour concludes at the Rub Shack near Virginia Street and Western Avenue.
